Based On Association Rules Of The Law Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment On Tension-type Headache In Recent Fifteen Yeas

By mining and analyzing the treatment of tension-type headache with TCM which meet the standards with Association Rules,to summary the medication characteristics and drug laws on treatment of tension-type headache, in order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of tension-type headache and open up medication ideas.Methods:Collected literature that meet the conditions on tension-type headache treated by traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in recent fifteen years, extracted data sets of the oral prescriptions, then analysed these sets with SPSS Clementine 12.0 data mining software using Apriori algorithm to establish data mining model, the minimum Support was set to 10%, and the minimum Confidence was set to 80%.At last compatibility between the drugs combination were displayed for Graphics with Web node.Results:162treating tension-type headache prescriptions were extracted. There were total 171 kinds of medicine involved, the total frequency of times were 2308, 40 of which frequency was used in more than 20 times, accounting for 71.33 percent of the total frequency. The most frequently used kind was relieving exterior syndrome drugs, it was used 517 times in total, accounting for 22.40 percent of the total frequency, it was followed by tonic drugs, activating blood and dissolving stasis drugs, reducing liver drugs, antipyretic drugs, tranquilizer drugs, regulating Qi-flowing drugs, expectorants, dampness-draining diuretic drugs, antirheumatic drugs. There were 393 rules acquired,Rhizom Chuanxiong was the most used medicine in all the rules, it was used 282 times in total.The rules which support was greater than 30.00 percent were:Radix Paeoniae Alba→Rhizoma Chuanxiong、Radix Bupleuri→Rhizoma Chuanxiong、Radix Angelicae Sinensis→Rhizoma Chuanxiong、Radix Angelicae Dahuricae→Rhizoma Chuanxiong、Radix Puerariae→Rhizoma Chuanxiong、Gastrodia Tuber→Rhizoma Chuanxiong、Radix Bupleur+Radix Paeoniae Alba→Rhizoma Chuanxiong、Radix Angelicae Sinensis+Radix Paeoniae Alba→Rhizoma Chuanxiong、Radix Angelicae Dahuricae+Radix Paeoniae Alba→ Rhizoma Chuanxiong 、 Radix Angelicae Sinensis+Radix Bupleuri → Rhizoma Chuanxiong.Conclusion: The treatment of tension-type headache is mainly dominated by the wind medicine,and they often mutual promoted between each other, or used with Radix Paeoniae Alba,activating blood and removing stasis drugs.Rhizoma Chuanxiong is the most important medicine of tension-type headache treatment, it can be used in any type of tension-type headache.Association Rules can be used in the prescription to dug out the drug compatibility law,then they can be used to provide approaches and ideas for clinical medication.
