In addition, the oversized dosage leads to high production costs.In this paper, the use of modern science and technology, through multidisciplinary research methods, Extraction and purification the active substances of the herbal, and prepared into the modern traditional Chinese medicine preparation. And Comparison on the pharmacodynamics of Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San and its active ingredients group, and laid a solid foundation for the secondary development of the Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San. conducts a series of studies on quality control and standard fingerprint of new agents and former agents, and combination of quality standards and fingerprinting, to build a quality evaluation system of the varieties of Chinese medicine, can fullyeffective control of the quality, to ensure the safe and effective clinical treatment.we determined flavonoids, saponins and total organic acids, of new agents and former agents by UV-visible spectrophotometry and potential back titration method. RP-HPLC method was used for determination of chlorogenic acid, affeic acid, hyperoside and luteoloside in Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San and its active ingredients group, and established a reliable method for the determination.According to the "traditional Chinese medicine injections fingerprinting requirements (Interim)"which is issued by the state Food and Drug A dministration, established a fingerprint of the Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San and its active ingredients group by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Seventeen and twenty-three peaks were selected as the common fingerprint peaks, they were clearly visible, have a good similarity and the determination method is reliableThe models of mouse ear tumefaction caused by xylene and the swelling of paw caused by egg white in rats were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effect; the model of pain caused by hot plate were used to observe the an-algesics effect. The results showed that an active ingredients group from Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San possesses the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, and the effects of anti-inflammatory and analgesic is better than Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San.
