Three Female Breast Cancer And The Clinical Pathological Characteristics And Prognosis Analysis

Objective: To investigate triple negative breast cancer and non-triple negative breastcancer clinical features and prognosis to understand the characteristics of the Xinjiangregion of triple negative breast cancer. Methods:2006-2007Xinjiang Tumor Hospital ofsurgical resection and400cases of breast cancer patients with pathologically confirmed.And is divided into three negative breast cancer and non-triple negative breast cancer twogroups were compared the clinical features, recurrence of metastases, and5-year diseasefree survival rate. Results:400cases of breast cancer patients,92cases of triple negativebreast cancer,308cases of non-triple negative breast cancer patients. A triple negativebreast cancer patients with no difference between age, menopausal conditions, familyhistory, treatment time and non-triple negative breast cancer, P>0.05; three negativebreast cancer and non-triple negative breast cancer in clinical stage, tumor size, lymphnode metastasis, there are differences. P <0.05; triple negative breast cancer recurrenceand metastasis than non-triple negative group (P <0.05) and non-triple negative breastcancer, the risk of distant metastasis than2.412(P <0.05), lung metastases dangerous ratioof2.737(P <0.05), three years after surgery, the risk of recurrence and metastasis riskratio of1.948(P <0.05).(4) survival analysis showed that triple negative breast tumor-freeproduction rate of56.0%,74.0%in three breast cancer, Conclusion: The triple negativebreast cancer patients with tumor, lymph nodes easily invaded, advanced clinical stage.2negative breast cancer is prone to distant metastasis, especially lung metastases.
