| Objective: Explore the transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) polymorphism andXinjiang healthy populations of vascular aging related Method: Through the method ofstatus investigation,we selected healthy population of Cardiology in Xinjiang Uygur589cases, Kazakh592cases. The polymorphism analysis of single nucleotidepolymorphisms (SNPs) in+869T/C and+915G/C of TGF β was detected by polymerasechain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). To compare thedistribution differences of TGF β1gene polymorphism frequency between the twonationalities. Also through the central arterial pressure reflected wave augmentation index(AIX)and other biochemical indicators to investigate the relationship between genepolymorphism and vascular aging. Results:(1) There were significant differences in thedistribution of TGFβ1+869T/C polymorphism between Kazakh and Uygur population.There were significant differences in allele frequency between Uygur and Kazakhpopulation (χ~2=33.543P=0.00),Kazakh TT type22.1%ã€TC49.2%ã€TC28.7%. Uygur TTtype1.3%, TC type47.6%, CC type41%. There were significant differences in genotypefrequency in Uygur and Kazakh population (χ~2=32.613P=0.00),Uygur T allele46.7%, Callele53.3%. Kazak T allele35.1%, C allele64.9%.(2) There was no difference indistribution of TGFβ1+915G/C polymorphism in Kazakh and Uygur population. UygurGG type:90.0%,GC type:10.0%; Kazakh GG type:91.7%,GCtype:8.3%,(χ~2=1.076P=0.30).Uygur G allele95.0%, C allele5.0%. Kazak G allele95.9%, C allele4.1%.(χ~2=1.193P=0.28).(3) We found that AIX in Kazakh was higher than in Uygur(t=3.65P=0.01)and AIX was increased with aging. There was no significant differencebetween genotype and constituent ratio in each group (P>0.05).There was no statisticalsignificance in line information in different genotype in Uygur, but there was statisticalsignificance in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and AIX in Kazakh. Conclusion: There was nationalistic differences in distribution of TGFβ1gene+869T/Cpolymorphism which may influence the AIX and vascular sclerosis and vascular aging inKazakh population. The changes of vascular sclerosis in Kazakh were earlier than inUygur. There was no difference in distribution of TGFβ1gene+915G/C polymorphismbetween the two nations. |
