| Objective: This thesis discusses Xinjiang Uygur congenital clubfoot FOXO1, FOXO3,FOXO4genes in ankle muscle tissue of foot and ankle conditions in order to understandtheir roles in development of malformations of vessels thus provide a theoretical basis forthe cause of Xinjiang Uygur congenital clubfoot. Methods: To Collect30patients withUighur congenital clubfoot and30cases healthy children. And to collect foot and anklemuscle tissue200mg by surgery or puncture method and venous blood5ml. Then toextract tissue RNA and reverse transcription kit for DNA inversion are used. By means OfRT-PRC amplification, to research on FOXO1, FOXO3, FOXO4changes in the level ofgene transcription。Results: Compared with the normal group, in patients’ foot and anklemuscle tissue who suffer with congenital clubfoot, FOXO1gene transcription levels weresignificantly increased (P<0.05). It has statistical significance. FOXO3gene transcriptionlevels were significantly increased (P<0.05).It has statistical significance. FOXO4has nosignificant difference in the level of gene transcription(P>0.05).There is no statisticalsignificance. Conclusion: The expression of transcription level of FOXO1, FOXO3genemay be associated with the Xinjiang Uygur incidence of congenital clubfoot and FOXO1,FOXO3gene may play an important role in the development of malformations of vessels, resulting in occurrence of congenital clubfoot. |
