Theoretic Study On The Asthenia Of Kidney And Blood Stasis

This thesis arranges the origin and development of the theory of asthenia of kidney and blood stasis by consulting the pertinent ancient medical literatures from Pre-Qin period up to now. Our results suggest that,during the period of qin and han, the Huangdi Neijing described the symptoms and etiology of deficiency of kidney,the Qi deficiency of kidney and blood stasis, ShanghanLun recorded dried ginger aconite Decoction, Zhenwu Decoction and so forth that can cure the deficiency of kidney yang, Synopsis of Golden Chamber described the Shenqi Pill can cure the Virtual fatigue waist pain that caused by the deficiency of kidney yang.In Jin Sui and Tang dynasties, General treatise on the cause and symptoms of diseases described deficiency of kidney may lead to a dysfunction in the transformation of water, causing water to flood upward, and resulting in the Qi and blood stasis, Wai Tai Mi Yao described eucommia wine can cure lumbago by tonifying the kidney and activating blood to dissolve stasis. In the period of Song Jing Yuan, the Renzhai Zhizhi Fanglun deepened the knowledge of asthenia of kidney and blood stasis from kidney deficiency gives rise to chill in blood perspective, Dongyuan’s Treatise on Spleen and Stomach Emphasized the primoridal qi is the basic of life and the stomach and spleen is the origin of primoridal qi, which made a far-reaching impact on the later generation. And during the Ming and Qing dynasties, GongXin,WangQingRen and Zhang XiChun described deficiency of kidney can cause blood stasis from primoridal qi’s deficiency.In1978, the Modern physician ZhangDaNing put forward concept of Kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,which enriched the knowledge of asthenia of kidney and blood stasis.Asthenia of kidney means the essence, Qi, Yin and Yang’s deficiency of kidney, so the Syndromes of Kidney essence deficiency, deficiency of kidney-yang or Kidney Yin, non-consolidation of kidney Qi, edema due to the kidney insufficiency and inspiration’s dysfunction caused by kidney are quite common. Asthenia of kidney and blood stasis includes not only Kidney deficiency and blood stasis co-exist, but the Kidney deficiency leads to blood stasis and the blood stasis leads to Kidney deficiency are more common. This thesis discusses the deficiency of the kidney blood stasis relevant clinical research mainly from kidney itself deficiency arises blood stasis and other ZangFu’s deficiency arises blood stasis. We come to the conclusion that JingXie homologous is the foundation of asthenia of kidney and blood stasis, primordial qi roots in kidney is the inherent base of it, while "Persistent illness entering collaterals" is the hub and prolonged illness disturb kidney’s function is the important condition. Kidney blood stasis theory of the kidney invigorate the treatment method has been widely used in clinic, and has achieved significant therapeutic results, this also provides a new idea for TCM treat disease based on syndrome differentiation and the same treatment for the different disease.This research stands on the basis of experience of previous studies, adds individual experience, exploring the asthenia of kidney and blood stasis theory’s origin and its mechanism,trying to inrich it,and providing useful theoretical guidance for the asthenia of kidney and blood stasis clinical disease’s treatment.
