This paper discussed disadvantages that existing conventional monitor used in primary health care units.They include the lack of information sharing,high cost,limited scope of application and so on.In order to improve the information sharing,reduce costs and expand the scope of work,monitor has been studied to solve those disadvantages.In this paper,EGC,blood pressure,oxygen&pulse,temperaturee,breath detecting circuit and AD convert circuit base on ATmega32has been designed with MINI2440as the main control board.MCU software has been designed.Bootload,Linux kernel and root file system base on QT has been transplanted for S3C2440,the embedded software of monitor has been designed for MINI2440.Test has been done on human body.This design could display the ECG,pulse data and transport those data on network and so on.Not only realized the basic monitor function,but also completed the remote communication function and so on,in order to satisfy primary health care units.
