| Objective:Observe Electro-Acupuncture Baliao points primarily early treatment of thoracolumbar fractures with spinal cord injury post-operative urinary retention of clinical curative effect.Methods:Selection of thoracolumbar fractures with spinal cord injury patients after64cases were randomly divided into two groups32cases.The acupuncture group do in the Electro-Acupuncture Baliao points of the syndrome differentiation and treatment mainly;The control group, the new western medicine do regular Neostigmine methylsulfate injection muscle note treatment.Compare two sets of patients with bladder residual urine output,Improve micturition situation,Bladder function recovery and so on,to assess its clinical curative effect of the differences.Results:1.After1phase(6times) of the treatment the consciously micturition rate of the acupuncture group was51.6%compared with the22.6%of the control group,with significant difference(p<0.05).and similar in the consciously micturition rate between the acupuncture group(80.6%) and the control group(54.8%) after2phase(12times) of the treatment(p<0.05).2.After1phase of the treatment the acupunctue group with bladder average residual urine output for209±115ml,the control group average residual urine output for294±119ml, with statistically significant(p<0.05);similar with bladder average residual urine output between the acupuncture group(66±20ml) and the control group (92±27ml)after2phase of the treatment(p<0.05).3.After1phase of the treatment the bladder funtion rehabition rate of the acupuncture group was64.5%compared with the29.0%of the control group,with significant difference(p<0.05).and the same in the bladder funtion rehabition rate between the acupuncture group(74.2%) and the control group(32.3%) after2phase of the treatment(p<0.05).4.The acupuncture group total effective rate was93.6%,the control group total effective rate was61.3%after2phase of the treatment,There are significant differences in total effective rates between two groups(p<0.05).Conclution:This therapy can shorten the urinary canal lien time, reduce residual urine bladder capacity, promote the bladder function recovery. |
