Effect Of Blood Pressure And TCM Syndrome Elements Of Fu Yang Therapy On The Treatment Of EH Patients Of Heart-kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To treat essential hypertension patients of heart-kidney yang deficiency by Fuyang therapy,by the appraisal of blood pressure and TCM syndrome elements before and after treatment,to observe the influence of Fuyang therapy on the blood pressure and TCM syndrome elements in essential hypertension patients of heart-kidney yang deficiency.Method:According to the inclusion criteria,60clinic and ward patients with essential hypertension patients of heart-kidney yang deficiency from Department of Cardiology, Nanping People’s Hospital, Nanping, Fujian between March2010to December2011were selected as the research object.60cases were randomly divided into a treatment group of30cases and a control group of30cases. Both groups were treated with levamlodipine besylat, hydrochlorothiazide±metoprolol.Meanwhile combined treatment of Wen Shi Ben Tun Decoction was given to the treatment group for4weeks. By comparing the two groups respectively on the changes of blood pressure, the changes of the scores and the score levels of heart,kidney,yang deficiency and qi deficiency of TCM syndrome elements,safety detection before and after treatment, determine the influence of Fuyang therapy on the changes of blood pressure and TCM syndrome elements in essential hypertension patients of heart-kidney yang deficiency.Results:1.Blood pressure:Blood pressure of two groups all reduced after treatment.compare the blood pressure of two group after treatment there were very significant difference (P<0.05). the treatment group was superior to the control group.2.The score of TCM syndrome elements:In both groups, the scores of heart.kidney.yang deficiency and qi deficiency of TCM syndrome elements all reduced after treatment. Compare the scores of the two groups after treatment,there were very significant differences (P<0.01), the treatment group was superior to the control group.3.The level of pathology of TCM syndrome elements:The number of the level3of heart,kidney,yang deficiency and qi deficiency pathology of two group all reduced after treatment, but treatment groups’reduced more obviously; The number of the level2of heart,kidney pathology of two group all reduced after treatment, but treatment groups-reduced more obviously, The number of the level2of yang deficiency pathology of two group both increased after treatment, but treatment group’s increased more obviously, The number of the level2of qi deficiency pathology of two group didn’t change significantly; The number of the level0and level1of heart,kidney,yang deficiency and qi deficiency pathology of two group all increased after treatment,but treatment groups’ increased more obviously;compare the number of two group after treatment,P<0.01.there were very significant difference.4.Safety detection:The two groups all did the examination of blood-rt, urine-rt, stool-rt, liver function and renal function before and after treatment,the results indicated that there were no obvious difference of index.Conclusion:1.Fuyang therapy has more advantages in reducing blood pressure of essential hypertension patients of heart-kidney yang deficiency.2.Fuyang therapy can improve symptoms better caused by heart,kidney,yang deficiency and qi deficiency TCM syndrome elements of essential hypertension patients of heart-kidney yang deficiency.3.Fuyang therapy can significantly reduce pathology of heart,kidney,yang deficiency and qi deficiency TCM syndrome elements of essential hypertension patients of heart-kidney yang deficiency.
