Evaluate The Curative Effect Of Fuyang Qiwei Decoction On Kidney Yang Deficiency Impotence And Its Effect On Free Testosterone

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Fuyang Qiwei Decoction in the treatment of impotence due to kidney-yang deficiency and its effect on free testosterone,and to observe its clinical safety in order to provide some data support for clinical application.Methods:According to the random table produced by the SAS randomization procedure,126 patients who met the admission criteria were divided into two groups,each of which was treated with Fuyang Qiwei decoction and Yougui capsule for 4 weeks.The international erectile function questionnaire-5 score(ⅡEF-5),erection quality scale score(EQS),Chinese medicine syndrome scale score,index of nocturnal penile tumescence(NPT)and level of free testosterone(FT)were recorded before and after treatment.Results:Excluding the lost cases,the statistical analysis of the data of the remaining 119 patients was carried out:1.In terms of overall efficacy:the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 74.58%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.2.In terms of the curative effect of TCM syndromes:the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 91.67%and 77.97%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group had better efficacy.3.In the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine:compared with the control group,the main symptom is that impotence does not work,but does not work hard,and the loss of libido is statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the shortness of motion,shortness of breath,twitching and nocturia frequency were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group had more obvious effect on the improvement of the above symptoms.4.On IIEF-5 and EQS points:the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group has a better effect.5.Comparison of NPT indicators:the number of penile erections,average duration,and average blood volume between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.6.At the FT level:there is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Fuyang Qiwei Decoction is more effective in treating impotence due to kidney-yang deficiency.2.Fuyang Qiwei Decoction can improve ⅡEF-5 and EQS points of patients with impotence of kidney-yang deficiency type.3.Fuyang Qiwei Decoction can improve the number of penile erections,average duration,and average blood volume of patients with impotence of kidney-yang deficiency type.4.Fuyang Qiwei Decoction can increase the level of FT to a certain extent.5.Fuyang Qiwei Decoction has excellent safety.
