Objective:To explore association between Cystatin C and chronic stable angina pectoris and its traditional chinese medicine syndromeMethods:1、We chose100cases which are diagnosed chronic stable angina pectoris by coronary arteriography and30healthy cases. Collect basic material, measurement the serum CystatinC level and calculate Gensini scores. To explore association between Cystatin C and the Gensini scores of chronic stable angina pectoris.2、To analyze the data uses SPSS16.0computer software.Results:1、The mean serum concentration of Cystatin C is significantly higher in the group of chronic stable angina pectoris than the normal group; Male sex、Age、BMI、GFR、MA,by t test is no significant difference(P>0.05).The level of TC、LDL-c、Hs-CRP in the group of chronic stable angina pectoris are higher than the normal group, the level of HDL-c、apoA/apoB in the group of chronic stable angina pectoris are lower than the normal group, with statisticval significance(P<0.01).2、The serum concentration of Cystatin C correlation with Gensini scores(r=0.817, P=0.000),which shows that chronic stable angina pectoris is more serious, the serum CystatinC level is higher.3、The parts of level of Cystatin C of chronic stable angina pectoris traditional chinese medicine syndrome are different(P<0.01), Syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis (1.43±0.05mg/L),Syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis (1.05±0.05mg/L),Syndrome of Qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis (1.23±0.05mg/L)。Conclusions:1、The level of Cystatin C can estimate chronic stable angina pectoris, which is effective index.2、The level of Cystatin C of chronic stable angina pectoris can estimate some parts of the type of traditional chinese medicine syndrome.
