Objective: To analyze the classification of angina pectoris in patients with stable angina pectoris and the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome, and to explore the correlation with clinical physicochemical indexes and risk factors of coronary heart disease,in order to provide reference for clinical dialectical stable angina pectoris in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:A total of 345 effective medical records of hospitalized patients with stable angina in the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang Medical University from July 2021 to August 2022 were collected.Basic data of patients, such as gender, age, ethnicity,BMI and clinical physical and chemical indexes of all patients were collected. The angina pectoris was graded according to the grading standard, the above information was input into the established database, and five TCM syndroms were classified:Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Phlegm-stasis interjunction syndrome,Turbidity-phlegm obstruction syndrome,Qi Yin deficiency syndrome.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data. Results: 1.Stable angina pectoris grading: angina pectoris grade 2 > angina pectoris grade 1 > angina pectoris grade 3 > angina pectoris grade 4.2.The mean age distribution of angina pectoris in different grades of stable angina pectoris, and the proportion of history of hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus were statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.There were statistically significant differences in the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol, creatinine, urea, cystatin and D-dimer among different grades of stable angina(P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance in total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and fibrinogen levels(P >0.05).4.There were statistically significant differences in the overall comparison of left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular sumerol diameter and carotid plaque proportion among different angina grades in patients with different angina pectoris(P <0.05),while there was no statistical significance in the thickness of internal cervical media(P > 0.05).5.The distribution of TCM syndroms in patients with stable angina pectoris is as follows:syndrome of Phlegm-stasis interjunction > syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis > syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis > syndrome of Turbidness and phlegm obstruction.6.In different TCM syndrome types of patients with stable angina pectoris, gender, age,BMI value(normal group)and proportion of hypertension history were statistically significant(P < 0.05).7.There were statistically significant differences in the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol among different TCM syndrome types(P< 0.05),but no statistical significance in other indicators(P > 0.05).8.The distribution ratio of colic grade 2 was the highest among the five syndroms, and angina Grade 4 was the lowest.Conclusions:1.Age,hypertension and diabetes history were the factors affecting the grading of stable angina pectoris.2.High density lipoprotein cholesterol,creatinine,urea,cystatin,D-dimer level, left ventricular sumerol diameter, left ejection fraction, carotid artery plaque were the factors affecting the grading of stable angina pectoris, and could aggravate the grading of angina pectoris.3.The grading of stable angina pectoris has certain rules: Grade 2 > 1 > 3 > 4;There are certain rules in the classification of TCM syndromes: syndrome of interjunction of Phlegm and blood stasis > syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency > syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis > syndrome of Tourefaction and phlegm obstruction.4.Gender,age,BMI and the proportion of hypertension history were the factors influencing the different TCM syndrome types of angina pectoris.5.High density lipoprotein cholesterol is the factor affecting the TCM syndrome classification of stable angina pectoris.
