Randomized,Parallel Controlled Clinical Observational Study On YIN CHEN ER DAN ER HUANG Decoction Treat In Maternal-Fetal ABO Blood Group Incompatibility Of Syndrome Of Damp-Heat Complex

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of Yin Chen Er dan Er Huang Decoction treatment of Maternal-Fetal ABO blood group incompatibility of the Syndrome of Damp-Heat Complex.Methods:A randomized, parallel, single-blind controlled design testing, in May2010to March2012for treatment at the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital gynecology clinic and maternity clinics and wards of Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Sichuan Province, And met the study criteria of lgG anti-A (B) antibody titer≥1:128pregnant women of60cases, they were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, the treatment group to be the experience of the Supervisor, Professor Xie Ping’s Experience side Yin Chen Er dan Er Huang Decoction,the control group were given vitamin E, vitamin C, with the oxygen,4weeks1course of treatment, observation to the antibody titer≤1:64or childbirth.Two groups were compared in the treatment of Maternal-Fetal ABO blood group incompatibility of the Syndrome of Damp-Heat Complex.①Synthetic effect:observation group, the total efficiency of93.1%, control group, the total efficiency of65.5%respectively, there were significant differences, P <0.05②Reduce the IgG antibody titer:The effective rate was89.7%in the treatment group and the control group was51.7%. the treatment group than the control group.③Improved TCM symptoms:Comparison of TCM symptom total score in the two groups after treatment, P<0.01, the difference was statistically significant; treatment group, significantly more rate was58.62%,89.66%of the total effective rate; control group, significantly more was17.24%,41.38%of the total effective rate in the treatment group than the control group.④ollow-up:29cases of treatment group,0cases of premature children, two cases of hemolytic child; control group of29cases, two cases of preterm children, nine cases of hemolytic children, two groups of preterm and hemolysis children were recovered after two weeks of treatment, patients were followed up one month, the two groups of infants developed normally.Conclusion:Yin Chen Er dan Huang Decoction can effectively reduce the lgG anti-A,(B,) antibody titer. a significant improvement TCM symptoms of Damp-Heat Complex, safe and effective.
