| Objective:Through clinical observation, objective evaluation of Invigorating Qi, promoting blood circulation, dredging collaterals (Mai Tong Fang) improvement in diabetic foot patients with grade0risk factors (including FPG,2hPG, HbAlc, BMI, ABI, TBI, lipids, lower extremity nerve examination) situation, to further explore the TCM "preventive treatment of disease " in the prevention and treatment of diabetic foot with respect to the feasibility. Methods:according to the method of randomized controlled trial, dividing the passed patient who according with incorporation standard into two groups, including treatment group30cases and control group30cases, all subjects maintain its original foundation and hypoglycemic drugs in the treatment of diabetes, during the period of observation to disable the other lipid-lowering drugs, the effect of platelet, blood coagulation and fibrinolytic activity of drugs. The treatment group add the Chinese patent medicine called" Mai Tong Fang"; the blank control group only to maintain the original foundation and hypoglycemic treatment. Two groups of patients were in the8week for a course of treatment, before and after the treatment, FPG,2hPG, HbAlc, BMI, ABI, TBI, lipids, lower extremity superficial sensation, deep feeling to improve the situation.Results:1, blood glucose display:after treatment in the treatment group, FPG,2hPG and HbAlc were decreased, the difference was statistically significient (P<0.05), there is no statistically significant difference in FPG and2hPG in the two groups after treatment (P>0.05), but HbAlc in the two groups after treatment which has statistically significant difference (P<0.05).2, BMI display:there is statistically significant difference between before and after treatment in control group (P<0.05). there is no significant difference in the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).3, blood lipid display:in the treatment group, comparing with before treatment, TC, TG, LDL-C which was reduced, HDL-C was increased after treatment, the difference was statistically signif icient (P<0.05). there was statistically significant difference in the two groups after treatment (P<0.05), the treatment group improvement in lipid better than those in the control group.4, lower extremity vascular condition display: in the treatment group, comparing with before treatment, ABI, TBI which was increased after treatment, the difference was statistically significient (P<0.05), there was statistically significant difference in the two groups after treatment (P<0.05), the treatment group improvement in lower extremity ABI, TBI is superior to those in the control group. 5, lower extremity nerves show:in the treatment group, comparing with before treatment, the reduce level of shallow and deep sensory in the lower extremity was relieved after treatment, the difference was statistically significient (P<0.05), there was statistically significant difference in the two groups after treatment (P<0.05), the treatment group improvement in shallow and deep sensory in the lower extremity was superior to those in the control group. Conclusion:the traditional Chinese medicine therapy of invigorating Qi, promoting blood circulation, dredging collaterals (Mai Tong Fang) can improve the risk factors of patients with0grade diabetic foot. Deferring the further development of patients with0grade diabetic foot, fully embodies the TCM thought " prevention before disease onset, preventing disease from exacerbating " which called " preventive treatment of disease". |
