| Background The first elastic layer under the excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (sub-Bowman’s keratomileusis, SBK) is a new advent in2008of corneal refractive surgery, with faster visual recovery postoperative, dry eye is a low incidence of treatment and a wider range of advantages, but all kinds of visual quality postoperative, by the attention of the refractive surgeon. Objectives Observation and analysis of patients with myopia SBK postoperative higher order aberration (higher order aberration, HOA), contrast sensitivity(contrast sensitivity, CS), glare contrast sensitivity (glare contrast sensitivity, GS) and other parameter changes, and with laser in situ keratomileusis (laser in situ keratomileusis, LASIK) compared to explore the relationship of higher order aberration and contrast sensitivity in SBK, a more comprehensive evaluation of SBK postoperative visual quality, in order to correct myopia provide a clinical basis for better visual quality. Methods The use of self-control and case-control study design. Selected in December2010to December2011,78patients with myopia treatment in the People’s Liberation Army91Central Hospital Eye Center, which SBK observed for the case group LASIK case-control group, make uncorrected visual acuity (uncorrected visual acuity, UCVA), best corrected visual acuity (best corrected visual acuity, BSCVA), the computer refraction, intraocular pressure, slit lamp, corneal topography, retinal routine examination preoperative. By NIDEK OPD SCAN wavefront aberration analyzer preoperative and postoperative a week, a month, three months, six months, respectively, measure the wavefront aberrations under darkroom conditions. Application Optec6500visual function tester preoperative and postoperative a week, a month, three months, six months, were used to measure the dark environment, contrast sensitivity and glare contrast sensitivity. Surgery laser platform:(NIDEK EC5000CX II) by the same physician to complete. Patients adhere to the follow-up review. Detailed record of the data and a general statistical description SPSS13.0software, normality tests, analysis of variance, independent samples t test. Pearson correlation analysis, statistical analysis and processing.Results1.Best corrected visual acuity of SBK group and LASIK group, cylinder, central corneal thickness, corneal flap thickness, T.Sph, T.Trefoil, Total and intraocular pressure were compared preoperative, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2.Different times of SBK group and LASIK group preoperative and postoperative, uncorrected visual acuity compared with no significant difference (P>0.05).3.In SBK group and LASIK group, preoperative cylinder, with a significant difference (P=0.004).4.In SBK group Total, High, T.Coma, T.Trefoil, T.Sph, HitsAig, The difference was statistically significant preoperative and postoperative(P<0.05); In LASIK group Total, T.Trefoil, T.Sph preoperative and postoperative, with a significant difference (P=0.000, P=0.000, P=0.000); Between the two groups:T.Sph in the preoperative, postoperative a month and three months have the comparison, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05), T.Trefoil preoperative and postoperative three months, the difference was significance (P<0.05), Total in the preoperative, postoperative a month and three months compared to a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).5.Two groups higher order aberration increasing:T.Sph postoperative a week and a month, with significant differences (P<0.05); Total postoperative a month and six months were compared, difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).6.1n SBK group1.5c/d,6.0c/d and12.0c/d spatial frequency contrast sensitivity preoperative and postoperative, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 7.In SBK group T.Sph affect contrast sensitivity of12.0c/d preoperative, and was negatively correlated(r=-0.391). postoperative a month, T.Coma affect contrast sensitivity of12.0c/d,18.0c/d, and was negatively correlated (r=-0.366, r=-0.311); T.Sph affect contrast sensitivity of12.0c/d, a negative correlation (r=-0.381); T.Trefoil and contrast sensitivity was not related.Conclusions1.In SBK group visual quality is better than LASIK group postoperative.2.Higher order aberration showed an increasing trend both SBK group and LASIK group postoperative.3.In SBK group T.Coma, T.Sph, T.Trefoil, Total higher order aberration RMS increasing was lower than LASIK group postoperative.4.In SBK group, T.Sph have an impact on contrast sensitivity preoperative; postoperative a month, T.Coma and T.Sph have an impact on contrast sensitivity. |
