The Clinical Curative Effect Comparative Analysis Of AO Classification Distal Radial Fractures With Operative Or Nonoperative Treatment

Objective:To comparative analysis the clinical effectiveness and radiographs of distal radial fractures with operative or not,compare with the two treatment difference,for the selecction of treatment of clinical distal radial fractures provide objective theoretical basis.Methods:According to the60patients (30cases with the operative and30cases withnot) before treatment and after treat2weeks,4weeks,12weeks and24week of radiographs and the clinical function scores, compare with the two treatment difference.Results:The operative and nonoperative treatment good rate of86.7%and80.0%.In24weeks radiographs score, the score for operative of34.2±1.6points, the onoperative of33.1±1.4points, significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01).In clinical functional score, the Jakim average score for operative treatment of57.4±0.9points, the Green average score of87.6±5.4points, the Jakim average score for nonoperative treatment of57.1±1.1points, the Green average score of85.5±5.3points, no differences between the two(P>0.05).The subject research also showed that:1.The two groups after the treatment2weeks,the radiographs score and clinical functional score have significant differences with the before treatment (P<0.01).Two treatment all can effective improve the clinical function of the patient, get a more satisfied radiographs score;2.The two groups after the treatment4weeks, the clinical function evaluation have significant differences (P<0.01).After treatment4weeks,the clinical function of operative is better than the nonoperative;3.The two groups after the treatment2and4weeks, the deformity comparison and grip evaluation have differences(P<0.05).After treatment2and4weeks,the grip evaluation recovery of the operative is better than nonoperative,the deformity of nonoperative is obviously than operative;4.The two groups after the treatment12and24weeks, the grip evaluation have no differences (p>0.05). After treatment12and24weeks,the grip evaluation of operative is not better than nonoperative,but the deformity of nonoperative is obviously than operative.Conclusion:Surgical treatment although can get a good radiographs score,but from the clinical functional score and radiographs data comprehensive assessment,two treatment method in the distal radial fractures all can obtain good curative effect;For most of the distal radius fracture patients, the traditional Chinese medicine closed reduction treatment and splinting still holds a major position.
