| Object:To investigate the correlation between the expression of p120ctn and E-cadherin in different lung tissue and the differentiation of TCM by Immunohistochemistry. Which might be provide the theory basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method:58cases of no small cell lung cancer samples were from the Department of pathology of The Second Xiangya Hospital during November2011to April2012, and15cases of peri-cancer lung tissues and15cases of nonnal tissue as control. There were27cases of squamous cell cancer and31cases of adenocarcinoma. According to TNM grading, these cancer included17cases of stage Ⅰ,24cases of stage Ⅱ,15cases of stage Ⅲ,2cases of stage Ⅳ. We analyzed the correlation between the expression of p120ctn and E-cadherin and clinicopathological features such as age, sex, TNM grading, Tumor size, the degree of tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis conditions, and type of differentiation of TCM by SPSS16.0sofeware.Result:1.The was significantly difference that expression of p120ctn and E-cadherin in no small cell lung cancer comparing to that in peri-cancer lung tissue and normal lung tissue(P<0.05,P<0.01). But expression of p120ctn and E-cadherin in peri-cancer lung tissue comparing to that in normal lung tissue was not statistical significant(p>0.05).2. The expression of p120ctn and E-cadherin in no small cell lung cancer was significantly related with TNM grading of tumor, the degree of tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis (p<0.05), but it was not related with age, sex, tumor size and differentiation type of TCM(p>0.05).3. The was significantly correlation between expression of p120ctn and E-cadherin in no small cell lung cancer (p<0.05). pl20ctn down-regulation happen ahead of E-cadherin, or secondary down-regulation of E-cadherin. The first mode is predominance.4. The type of differentiation TCM in no small cell lung cancer was related with TNM grading of tumor(p<0.05), but there was no relation with the degree of tumor differentiation (p>0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression of p120ctn and E-cadherin was reduce gradually with the malignant degree increase in no small cell lung cancer, it is related with TNM grading of tumor, the degree of tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis status, which might be play an important role in the development and metastasis of no small cell lung cancer and might be act ascertain significance on predicting prognosis in no small cell lung cancer.2. The expression of p120ctn was highly correlation with E-cadherin in no small cell lung cancer.3. The expression of p120ctn and E-cadherin in no small cell lung cancer was not related with the type of differentiation TCM. 4. The type of differentiation TCM in no small cell lung cancer might be correlation with TNM grading of tumor, development from deficiency of vital energy and deficiency of yin to deficiency of both vital energy and yin, with the exacerbation of the disease. |
