Objective:To explore the relevance between syndrome type of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and pathologic of renal and biochemistry index in the patients of78cases adult primary nephrotic syndrome whose renal function normal or in renal compensatory period. Methods:Cases were collected from the No.2hospital of Xiamen who clinically diagnosed as primary nephrotic syndrome in parallel a kidney biopsy and renal function normal or in renal compensatory period. Carries on the pathology type classification of them, and quantitatively grade the renal glomerulus lesions and renal tubule interstitial lesions, renal vascular lesions and kidney lesions.Result:1.In78cases of adult primary nephrotic syndrome with membranous nephropathy is seen, a total of29cases (37.18%), followed by tiny lesions in the type of kidney disease, a total of26cases (33.33%), focal segmental glomerular sclerosis in12cases (15.39%),6patients with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (7.69%), mesangial capillaries of glomerulonephritis in5cases (6.41%).2.Master of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome classification, spleen kidney Yang deficiency type32cases (41.03%), lung and kidney deficiency type of17cases (21.80%),10cases of spleen and kidney deficiency type (12.82%), qi and Yin deficiency type10cases (12.82%), liver and kidney Yin deficiency type9cases (11.54%). Standard certificate in25cases (32.05%) of blood stasis syndrome, damp heat syndrome20cases (25.64%), wet the19cases (24.36%) in the wet muddy syndrome14cases (17.95%).3.The distribution characteristics of various pathological types of TCM syndrome types: MCD main syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine are mainly spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,12cases (46.15%), respectively, MN standard demonstration is given priority to with blood stasis,15cases (51.72%). After statistics analysis, the adult primary nephrotic syndrome TCM syndrome, the Lord classification has no correlation with renal pathologic type. 4.After statistics analysis, the adult primary nephrotic syndrome TCM syndrome, the Lord classification has no correlation with renal pathologic type.5.78cases of adult primary nephrotic syndrome in TCM syndrome type and the correlation between clinical and biochemical index found that lung and kidney deficiency syndrome hemoglobin is higher than the spleen kidney Yang deficiency and liver and kidney Yin deficiency of syndrome (P<0.05); Blood stasis syndrome triglyceride levels higher than the water wet (P<0.05); This deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome quantitative higher than other four card24hours urine protein (P<0.05); Dampness syndrome Scr levels higher than the water wet, damp heat syndrome (P<0.05)(P <0.05). Other syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine has no statistically significant correlation with clinical and biochemical index. Conclusion:Adult primary nephrotic syndrome:1.TCM spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome in main syndrome classification is given priority to, in the empirical is given priority to with damp heat syndrome, kidney pathological type is given priority to with small lesion type of kidney disease.2.Chinese medicine dialectical classification have no correlation between renal pathological types.3.Chinese medicine all main distribution between the certificate and the certificate have no relevances.4.Lung and kidney deficiency syndrome have higher HGB than spleen kidney Yang deficiency and liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome.5.In24h-Upro, spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome is higher than the other four.6.Dampness turbidity level of Scr higher than water wet and humid...
