The Clinical Research On Wen Ya Ling For Treatment Of2Grade "H"Essential Hypertension With Liver-fire Hyperactivity

Objective:1. to observe effects of WenYaLing on2grade "H"essential hypertension patients with liver-fire hyperactivity and corresponding level of plasma HCY;2. to compare the difference between in Chinese and Western medicine treatment group and Western medicine control group.Methods:1.to choose60cases of2grade essential "H"hypertension patients with liver-fire hyperactivity at random, assign Chinese and Western medicine treatment group and Western medicine control group30respectively at random, offer regular Western medicine and WenYaLing and simple regular Western medicine treatment respectively;2. Two groups of patients measure or calculate plasma HCY, fat of blood level, total mark of clinical symptom before and after treatment;3.Adopt circulation enzyme law to measure serum HCY density.Results:1. The blood pressure are obviously reduced after two groups of treatments, compare with treating, the difference is very prominent (P<0.01); But regular Western medicine and WenYaLing have certain advantage (P<0.05) more than the control group;2. The plasma HCY are obviously reduced after two groups of treatments, compare with treating, the difference is very prominent (P<0.01); But regular Western medicine and WenYaLing have certain advantage (P<0.01) more than the control group;3.Symptom is improved (P<0.01) after two groups of treatments,But regular Western medicine and WenYaLing have certain advantage (P<0.01) more than the control group;4.Two groups of patients are not special and uncomfortable in treating, the liver, kidney, heart function have not been seen unusual obviously during the treatment period.Conclusions:1.The blood pressure and the plasma HCY are obviously reduced after two groups of treatment, but regular Western medicine and WenYaLing treatment group have more advantage, infer traditional Chinese medicine has function which lowers blood pressure and plasma HCY of essential hypertension patients.2.Two groups can improve clinical symptom, but regular Western medicine and WenYaLing are better.
