Clinical Observation Of Qinggan Jianghuo Decoction With Western Medicine In Treating The Liver Fire Hyperactivity Type Of Primary Hypertension

The purpose of this article is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qinggan Jianghuo Decoction in the treatment of essential hypertension.60 patients with hyperactivity of liver-fire type essential hypertension diagnosed in the second outpatient department of Cardiology of Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.After four weeks of treatment,the efficacy and safety indexes were observed before and after treatment.The experimental group was treated with Qinggan Jianghuo Decoction(provided by the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy of Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and decocted by the decoction room)on the basis of Western medicine(levoamlodipine maleate tablets 2.5 mg once a day + irbesartan tablets 150 mg once a day).The decoction method is that the first decoction is boiled for 30 minutes,the second decoction is boiled for 20 minutes,each time 200 ml juice,a total of 400 ml,warm clothes 1 to 2 hours after breakfast and dinner,200 ml each time,one dose daily.The control group was given western medicine(Levamlodipine Maleate Tablets 2.5 mg once a day + Irbesartan Tablets 150 mg once a day);Statistical analysis of data using SPSS17.0 medical statistical software?Through clinical trial results,in terms of antihypertensive effect,the marked effective rate was 56.67% and the total effective rate was 96.67% in the 30 patients of the experimental group.In the 30 patients of the control group,the marked effective rate was 40% and the total effective rate was 90%,P > 0.05,there was no significant difference in the antihypertensive effect between the two groups,indicating that both groups had significant effect of lowering blood pressure.In terms of the curative effect of TCM syndromes,the marked efficiency of the experimental group and the control group were 66.67% and 43.33%,respectively.The total effective rate was 93.33% and 80%,respectively.After rank sum test,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,indicating that the experimental group was superior to the control group.By comparing the results of TCM syndromes integral between the two groups after treatment,the data of the two groups were tested by t test,P<0.05,indicating that the experimental group was in the process of reform.The effect of good TCM syndromes is more significant than that of the control group,which further shows that Qinggan Jianghuo Fang can improve TCM syndromes.In terms of abnormal tongue and pulse,the disappearance rate of the two groups after treatment was significantly different(P < 0.05).In terms of safety indicators,there were no significant differences in breathing,pulse,heart rate,blood routine,defecation routine,liver and kidney function between the two groups before and after treatment.There were no adverse reactions or incidents affecting the course of the experiment.Qinggan Jianghuo Decoction is a reliable traditional Chinese medicine prescription for the treatment of hepatic fire-fighting essential hypertension.TCM syndrome can clear the liver and reduce fire,and it has a significant effect in improving clinical symptoms.Liver-burning type of essential hypertension can cause a steady drop in blood pressure.
