The Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis Gastritis Capsule

Objective:To improve the cure rate and shorten the course of treatment and reduce the side effects of the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis by observing prominent characteristic of TCM in treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis by gastritis capsule.Method:60chronic non-atrophic gastritis patients were randomly divided into30cases of the control group (Jing-hua Wei-kang capsules) and30cases of treatment group (Gastritis capsule). Efficacy criterions were determined by the guiding principles of Chinese medicine clinical research as well as the nimodipine method. The single symptom of TCM candidates, endoscopy and histological scores were assessed as none, mild, moderate and severe, marked respectively as0,2,4and6. Control group were treated by Jing-hua Wei-kang capsules three times a day, three capsules each time. The WYJN group was treated by gastritis capsule three times a day, three capsules each time. Both groups were treated for four weeks. Then the symptom of TCM, the gastro copy and pathological scores were compared to explore the differences between the two groups..Results:1.The total improvement rate of TCM syndromes in treatment group was higher compared with control group (86.7%Vs73.3%, Z=-2.552, P=0.011).2.In single TCM syndrome compartment, two drugs could significantly improve the clinical symptoms after treatment. The treatment group could improve the abdominal pain, bloating, fatigue and other symptoms more than control group (P<0.05). However no significant differences were observed between two groups in improving belching, loss of appetite, dizziness (P>0.05).3.The endoscopy and histopathology in treatment group was higher compared with control group (96.7%Vs83.3%, Z=-2.415, P=0.032).4.The total effective rate of in treatment group was higher than control group (93.33%Vs70.0%, Z=-2.508, P=0.012), indicating that the treatment group showed more effective in treating chronic non-atrophic gastritis than the control group.Conclusion:Gastritis capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and gastric mucosal lesions of chronic non-atrophic gastritis as well as no significant side effect were observed. Indicated that gastritis capsule has a high clinical value in treating non-atrophic gastritis.
