Study On The Application Of Serum CEA、CA19-9、CA72-4、CA242Joint Detection In The Diagnosis Of Gastric Cancer

Objective:Explore the joint detection of the serumcarcinoembryonic antigen (CEA),carbohydrate antigen19-9(CA19-9),carbohydrate antigen72-4(CA72-4) and carbohydrate antigen242(CA242) on the the clinical significance of diagnosis in gastric cancer.Methods:1) Immunized with chemical luminescence method for20cases of gastric cancer patients,30cases of chronic atrophic gastritis,30cases of gastric ulcer,50cases of chronic superficial gastritis patientswith serum CEA and CA19-9, CA724, and CA242levels；2)Compare thedifferences between different disease groups；3)Comparison of fourindicators in patients with gastric cancer of joint detection and singleparameter test difference.Results:1、Cancer patients in the serum markers detection level andthe positive rate and chronic atrophic gastritis chronic superficial gastritisgastric ulcer person and compared difference have statisticalsignificance(P＜0.05).2、 The tumor markers specific comparativedifference have statistical significance（P<0.05），In the single detection,CA72-4highest sensitivity and CA72-4> CEA> CA242> CA199.3、Joint detection sensitivity of the four tumor markers in patients withgastric cancer was80%, compared with the tumor marker detection alone,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the auxiliary diagnosis of gastric cancer, detection ofserology tumor markers CEA and CA19-9, CA724and CA242is of highclinical application value of four joint detection greatly improve thesensitivity of the diagnosis of gastric cancer.
