| Objective:Retrospective study MS about the Clinical analysis and the research of the relationshipsbetween supine-standing cerebral blood flow curve and the autonomic nervous system tomultiple sclerosis.Methods:Choose246patients who are likely to be clinically diagnosed of MS collecting theclinical material of these cases from the Department of Neurology of No.1Hospital of JilinUniversity from January1,2006to June31,2012. Choose of42cases as the case group.Choose30healthy volunteers as control groups. Two groups are made to do the examinationof supine-standing cerebral blood flow Measuring the dynamic variance of cerebral bloodflow velocity (CBFV) of cases group and control groups about HR, PI, RI. And do t testparameters of two samplesResults:1. Of246cases (85male and161female),117cases (47.56%) aged from20to40.2.Paralysis (66.67%) was the most common nervous symptoms.107cases (43.50%) hadsensory abnormality. Family history of MS was not found in42cases.3. The IgG ofcerebrospinal fluid was increased in85cases (62.50%, n=136),67cases had the evokedpotential examination and70.15%were positive.4.95cases with only brain lesions (38.62%),followed by the spinal cords58cases (23.58%), and both brain and spinal cord involvementin93cases (37.80%).5. The impact treatment of hormone and combined with intravenousimmunoglobulin therapy have proved to be effective in the treatment of MS, but steroidtherapy is better.6.42cases of MS made difference between supine and standing cerebralblood flow speed. Conclusions: 1. MS in Northeast China mainly invaded female who aged from20to40years. Most ofcases had not inductive factors. The nervous symptoms were mainly dyskinesia and sensorydisturbance. And the urinary or boweldy dysfunction was common. The MS lesions of brainwere commonly involved subcortical white matter, the white matter around lateral ventricle, and semioval center, while cerebellum was seldom involved. The cervical spinal cords wereeasily involved.2. The impact treatment of hormone is better than intravenousimmunoglobulin and hormone therapy.3.42cases of MS have impaired autonomic nervefunction and difference between supine and standing cerebral blood flow speed. |
