DCR3Gene Expression In Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

purpose of research:By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (enzyme linked immunosorbentassay, ELISA) in the serum DcR3gene in patients with IPF, rheumatoid lung(RA-ILD) patients and healthy serum expression of different concentrations,and further confirmed DcR3involved in the formation of pulmonaryfibrosis.Methods:1, the experimental groups (group3):experimental group A: patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) in20cases, age33-74years old, the average age was62Years.experimental group B: rheumatoid lung (RA-ILD)20patients, aged38-59years, mean age was44years.Control group C:20cases of healthy patients, aged22-47years old,the average age was37years.2,Inclusion criteria:(1) A group: idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) in20patients,samples were obtained from venous blood. Specimens were selected fromOctober2011-June2012during the Second Hospital of Jilin University,Department of Respiratory Medicine treatment of patients.IPF inclusioncriteria:1, in line with March2011, the American Thoracic Society (ATS),the European Respiratory Society (ERS) and the Latin American ThoracicSociety in the AMJ Respir critcare Med magazine jointly published bythe diagnosis and treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis the diagnostic criteria of evidence-based guidelines;2, except for patientswith malignant diseases;3, except for patients with other systemicdiseases of the epidemic, such as the Department of system lupuserythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, etc..(2) B group:20cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritispulmonary interstitial injury (RA-ILD): samples were obtained fromvenous blood. Specimens from October2011-June2012during theSecond Hospital of Jilin University, Department of Respiratory Medicinetreatment in patients with RA-ILD into the group of standards:1, in linewith2010published in four Chinese rheumatoid arthritis treatmentguidelines diagnostic criteria for rheumatoid arthritis, and accompaniedby interstitial lung injury patients;2, except for patients with malignantdiseases.(3) C group:20patients healthy, samples were obtained from venousblood. Specimens were selected from October2011-June2012duringthe Second Hospital of Jilin University, Department of RespiratoryMedicine clinic examination healthy patients, is set to the negativecontrol group.3, the collection of specimens:Taken into the group of patients with peripheral blood3ml andcentrifuged for10min (3000rev/min), serum200ul spare, and stored at-20°C or-70°C freezer,should be taken to avoid repeated freezing andthawing.4, serum DcR3protein detection:Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)5, statistical methods:All the experimental data processing application SPSS19.0statistical software, count data were compared with chi-square test, P <0.05was considered statistically significant. The results are mean±standard deviation (±s).Results:1, IPF group (A) of DcR3expression levels were significantlyhigher than the healthy group (C group), there are significant differencesbetween the two groups (P <0.05) was statistically significant.2, RA-ILD group (B group) of DcR3expression levels weresignificantly higher than the healthy group (C group), there weresignificant differences (P <0.05) between the two groups of expressionrate was statistically significant.3, IPF group (A) and RA-ILD group (B group), difference (P>0.05)between the expression of the two groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis patients (group A) andrheumatoid lung patients (group B) serum DcR3gene expression levelswere higher than healthy patients (group C), it is further determinedDcR3gene with IPF and RA-ILD, clear DcR3genes involved in thedevelopment and progression of pulmonary fibrosis. However, themechanism of action of DcR3in IPF and RA-ILD needs furtherexploration and research. Using OD the results were statistically analyzedand experiments is more sensitive than positive percentage statisticalanalysis.
