Study On Health Condition Of Centralized Air Conditioning System In Public Place In Shanghai Jing’an District

Background:With the rapid development of economy and the progress of society, more and more centralized air conditioning systems were used in city buildings, especially in supermarkets and hotels. Centralized air conditioning system brought us not only comfort, but also potential danger. According to national and foreign study data, there were several causes related to air pollution caused by centralized air conditioning systems, such as long time circulation, people’s lacking of health consciousness and improper disinfection etc.Purpose:The method, which combined the basic theoretical research and empirical research, was used in order to analysis the health status quo of the centralized air conditioning systems in the public places in Jing’an District, discuss the application and adaptation of the current laws and regulations in the health supervision of the centralized air conditioning systems, summarize the difficulties in the health supervision and the blind spot that maybe exist in the current laws and regulations, purpose the supervision strategy, Improve the health supervision effects of the centralized air conditioning systems.Methods:Jing’an District was chosen as the scope of the research and the centralized air conditioning systems in public places were chosen as the research object to descriptively analysis the status quo of the health supervision in the centralized air conditioning systems in the public places. Different types of the centralized air conditioning systems in the public places were chosen in proportion to do a hygiene inspection quantitative analysis. Relevant personnel were asked for questionnaire and interview to do a qualitative analysis. Conclusion was drawn through the preliminary analysis of health status and supervision of the centralized air conditioning systems in the public places in Jing’an District. Results:1.It is necessary that the centralized air conditioning systems to be used with the economic growth of Jing’an District.2.The health supervision of the centralized air conditioning systems in the public places in Jing’an District needs to be strengthened.3.There are design problems in the centralized air conditioning systems in the public places.4. Relevant personnel have poor health awareness of the centralized air conditioning systems.5. The building of the health supervision system is not yet in place. The quality of health supervision team still needs to be improved.6. Health administration practices of the centralized air conditioning systems in the public places should be regulated and the supervision should be strengthened.Suggestions:The supervision and administration of public places should be strengthened and the health supervision and inspection efforts of the centralized air conditioning systems should be especially increased. In accordance with laws and regulations requirements, the health supervision and administration of the centralized air conditioning systems will be included into the daily administration and be strengthened. At the same time, the preventive health supervision of the centralized air conditioning systems in the public places also should be done to ensure the health quality of the centralized air conditioning systems. The regulation of the centralized air conditioning systems in the public places should be publicized and relevant personnel should be organized to be trained. The health supervision and administration of the centralized air conditioning systems in the public places is a new work, which asks for high technique. The key targets should be found out during the publicity and training and the health awareness of the masses will be gradually enhanced. The focus should be on organizing good training for the managers of the public places, the health supervisors and the health monitoring staff. Many forms of publicity and training of the regulation of the centralized air conditioning systems should be carried out in order to enhance their health awareness and improve their health knowledge.
