Observe the therapeutic effect complication,the time of wound healing, anal function and recurrenceResults We make medicated threads about30meters。 The pain after operation, the time of wound healing、anal function and curative effect in test group have an advantage in clinical observation (P<0.05).Conclusions Medical thread therapy is an effective therapeutic method in the therapy of High complex anal fistula. This therapy shorten the healing time, protect the anal function preferable and abate the pain after operation obviously.
