Research On The Role Of Regional Medical And Health Informatization Construction In Improving Community Medical And Health Services

In recent years, our country has been vigorously promoting and deepening the reform of medical and health system. Medical security system is ceaseless and perfect and medical service system is of continuous improvement. The medical service level that people enjoy has been improved significantly. But with the economic development and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, people also put forward higher requirements for medical service. So, we should also see the problems of the whole social medical and health service system, such as the imbalance of the allocation of resources, poor services, low efficiency, rapid increase of the cost and the uneven quality of medical services. The problems of poor access and high fee that have been generally concerned by the public are remained to be solved. The article aims to research the current problems of medical and health services from the standpoint of information construction and try to explore practical methods to relieve and finally solve the two main problems of poor access and high fee which we called regional medical health informatization road.This paper explains the background and purpose of the regional medical and health informatization. It studies the domestic and foreign medical informatization development and the current situation of theoretical research. Furthermore, it studies the current condition of our medical and health informatization and analyses the problems of system partitioning, mutual independence, disunity of business process, non-standard, factories with their forests of chimneys that we face now. So that we can establish the necessity of regional health informatization and analyze its feasibility from the aspects of policy, market size, specific implementation, social significance and application advantages. Based on the research and analysis of the specific difficulties of mechanism, talent, funds and interoperability, data processing that exist in regional medical and health informatization, we put forward the solutions and suggestions by using advanced technology. For this, we can introduce diversified investment channels to protect talent and funds. We should also strengthen top-level design and unify standards. And we should improve interoperability difficulties, using cloud computing technology to solve mass data processing bollteneck.The author thinks that regional medical and health informatization is of great practical significance. It is the inevitable trend of the development of medical and health informatization. So it should be given great importance to. Governments at all levels should be to national guidelines and policies for the guidance and strengthen top-level design, the devotion strength. They should also establish executive body and mobilize the broad participation of social forces and actively absorb and use advanced technology in order to strengthen the upgrading of various types of medical and health institutions of imformatization system and construct regional medical and health informatization platform. So then, we can realize the sharing of regional medical and health information, the collaborative application so as to enhance the overall quality and level of medical and health services.
