| ObjectiveCIS is the common disease of neurology,which contains more than70%of all thecerebral vascular disease. AS is the mainpathology base of CIS. CAA is considered theindependent risk factor of CIS,which may be as the clinical’s important indexes predictingcerebrovascular disease risk.The increasing of IMT is the early findings of AS.So theultrasound determination of IMT is important for the study of AS. Hs-CRP is anindependent risk factor of the happenness on myocardial infarction and stroke in future.Asthe mediated and markers of AS and thrombosis disease,hs-CRP and CAP are twoindependent factors judging cerebrovascular disease risk.Statins reduce the incidence ofcardiovascular events by reducing plasma LDL,reducing hs-CRP and stablingCAP.Antioxidant with strong action of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory,can reduce andstable CAP.In this research,by observing the change of the plasma LDL,hs-CRP，the IMTof carotid artery,CAP’s proportion and vulnerability and the occurrence of clinical eventson patients who through stroke screening are proved to have CAP, treated by atorvastatinunited probucol,meanwhile seeing if there are big adverse reactions,we elaborate untiedtherpy’s effect on anti-atherosclerosis and the stroke’s preventment.Methods120cases of patients are selected who are prove to have CAP through stroke screening,including transient ischemic attack/light stroke patients (NIHSS scores <4points)50cases.They were detected the level of plasma LDL、hs-CRP、CIMT、CAP’s proportion andvulnerability。They were divided into control group and treatment group randomly. AllPatients accepted diet therpy and improved the way of life.Patinets in control group weregiven atorvastatin20mg qn. Patients in treatment group were given atorvastatin20mg qnand probucol0.5g bid.They were all given the basic consistent treatment of controlling blood pressure, controlling blood sugur,smoking cessation,anti-platelet and so on.After6months by treatment,the level of plasma LDL、hs-CRP、the intemal-media thick(IMT)ofcarotid artery、CAP’s proportion and vulnerability were observed and compared.Also thenew or again occurrence of clinical events of ischemic cerebral stroke were compared.Meanwhile all patients were detected the level of blood routine、liver function、kidneyfunction and creatine kinase in order to see if there were big adverse reactions.ResultsThe level of LDL of patients treated by atorvastatin united probucol in treatment groupwere decreased obviously.There were obvious difference compared to that of beforetreatment(P<0.01).After treatment,there were obvious difference between treatment groupand control group(P<0.05);The level of hs-CRP of patients treated by atorvastatin unitedprobucol in treatment group were decreased obviously.There were obvious differencecompared to that of before treatment(P<0.01). After treatment,there were obviousdifference between treatment group and control group(P<0.05);The IMTof carotidartery,CAP’s proportion and vulnerability treated by atorvastatin united probucol intreatment group were decreased obviously.There were obvious difference compared to thatof before treatment(P<0.05). After treatment,there were obvious difference betweentreatment group and control group(P<0.05);After treatment,there were obvious differencebetween the treatment group and control group in the occurrence of clinical events ofischemic cerebral stroke(P<0.05); There were no significant adverse reaction in eithertreatment group or control group.ConclusionAtorvastatin as the statins united probucol as the strongest antioxidant not only canregulate the blood-fat,decrease the level of LDL,but also can decrease the level of hs-CRP,decrease CAP’s proportion,stable and reverse CAP.Therefore it can decrease theoccurrence of clinical events on patients who through stroke screening are proved to haveCAP.Also there were no significant adverse reaction.It can afford the theory evidence andintervention measures to the prevention of ischemic cerebral stroke. |
