Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Posterior Decompression Bone Pedicle Screw Fixation Combined With Jie Gu Yao Wan In The Treatment Of Thoracolumbar Fractures

Objective Comparative study of posterior decompression and pedicle screw and posterior decompression and pedicle screw clinical effect of combined treatment of bone-setting pills in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. To observe the efficacy of jie gu yao pills with internal fixation for fracture of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae. To provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods From March2010to September201260patients of fracture of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae were included by Wendeng Osteopathic Hospital,60patients on inclusion were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment of fixed operation two groups underwent posterior decompression and internal. The control group was given operation internal fixation combined with bone scattered seven treatment; the treatment group was given operation internal fixation combined with bone pills. Two groups of patients were recorded before and after the operation of Cobb’s angle, vertebral anterior, trailing edge height changes, Frankel score and other data, and statistical analysis.Results Two groups of patients after surgery in Frankel score had1-3grade improvement, two Frankel6,12months after operation there was no significant difference in the scores of A, B, Frankel scores of two groups rank test, P>0.05, that there were no significant differences in neurological functional group and treatment group after6,12months recovery. Jiegu pill combined with pedicle screw fixation group the Frankel score than the pedicle screw fixation combined with scattered seven groups; in Cobb’s angle and anterior, posterior height ratio, after6, follow-up of12months, the treatment group had significant difference with control group (P<0.05); Jiegu pill combined with pedicle screw fixation group for Cobb’s angle and anterior, posterior height ratio is better than the control group.Conclusion Pedicle screw fixation has good clinical effect for the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture, stability of the reconstruction of thoracic and lumbar vertebral anterior, posterior height, recovery, Cobb’s angle of recovery have a good clinical effect, combined with traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting pills, to promote fusion Road,to restore the vertebral body anterior, posterior height, s angle, Cobb’had a more pronounced effect.
