| Objective:Cardiac reserve is the possibility of the upregulating of cardiac function, which reflects the cardiac potential and the important ability of againsting stress. The decline and loss of cardiac reserve leads to poor prognosis and increases the risk of cardiovascular accidents. It is great significance to estimate the decline of cardiac reserve and take timely measure to prevent and cure heart failure. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of gender, age, hypertension and coronary heart disease to cardiac reserve through exercise cardiac contractility monitor. To study the relationship of phonocardiogram exercise testing and heart color doppler ultrasound.Method:Choose191individuals from January2013to May2013in China Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University. According to the result of coronary angiography and blood pressure, all the individuals are divied as experimental group and control group. According to the disease,92persons are divided into coronary heart group(20) and hypertension group(72).119individuals as the control group who can not be diagnosed as coronary heart disease or hypertension according to the diagnostic standards of WHO. All the individuals undergo Exercise Cardiac Contractility Monitor,a part of them undergo Color Doppler Echocardiography. All the individuals measure by collected the medical historyã€heightã€weightã€blood pressure and so on. Results:1. Compared with the youth group, HR at rest, CRI1and CRI2of the elderly group are lower,S1/S2at rest is higher. CRI and HR after exercise reduce with age.2. Compared with the control group,S1/S2at rest of the hypertension group is higher, CRI2of the hypertension group is lower.3. Compared with the control group,S1/S2at rest of the CVD group is higher, CRI2and CRI of the CVD group are lower.4. There is a negative correlation between D/S at rest and CO, between D/S at rest and CI. There is a positive correlation between HR and CO, between HR and CI.Conclusion:1. HR, Heart rate reserve, cardiac contractility reserve and cardiac reserve reduce with age.2. Hypertension can decline cardiac contractility reserve. Compared with the control group, S1/S2of the hypertension group at rest is higher, due to the increased in vascular resistance.3. CVD can decline cardiac contractility reserve, cardiac reserve.4.Along with HR, CO increase in a certain range. |
