Observe The Effects Of Junzifuzheng Decoction Combined With Cyclophosphamide On MFC Bearing Mice With Tumor Weight,Immune Cell Number And Activity

Objective: To observe the effects of Junzifuzheng Decoction（JD） high,medium andlow doses combined with cyclophosphamide（CTX） on mouse fore-stomachcarcinoma cell（MFC） bearing mice in tumor weight,the number of peripheral whiteblood cells and bone marrow nucleated cells and the activity of natural killer cells,toprovide experimental basis for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicineimproving the immune function. Method:8^-10weeks50healthy Kunming mice ofclean grade,live in the same living environment, a unified feeding solid animalfeed.Extract7d ascites of MFC bearing mice grew well under asepticconditions,wash twice with physiological saline,each time1000rï¹'min^-1centrifugefor5min,make cancer cell suspension with physiological saline,adjust the cellconcentration of5×10⁶/ml,give0.2ml to each mouse right axillary subcutaneous.FiftyMFC bearing mice models were established and then divided randomly into fivegroups: control group,cyclophosphamide group(30mgï¹'kg^-1),JunzifuzhengDecoction（high,medium and low doses）(20，10，5gï¹'kg^-1) combined with CTXgroups(CTX30mgï¹'kg^-1).There were10mice in each group.After10days oftreatment,all mice were killed and the tumor weight,the number of peripheral whiteblood cells and bone marrow nucleated cells and the activity of natural killer cells,etal were observed.Result:The tumor inhibition rate was higher in each JunzifuzhengDecoction+CTX group than in control group（P＜0.01）.The tumor inhibition rate ofhigh-dose and medium-dose Junzifuzheng Decoction+CTX group was higher thanCTX group（P＜0.01，P＜0.05）.The counting of peripheral white blood cells and bonemarrow nucleated cells in CTX group lower than high-dose and medium-doseJunzifuzheng Decoction+CTX group,the difference has statistically meaning（P＜0.05）,high-dose Junzifuzheng Decoction+CTX group was significantly different（P＜0.01）,low-dose Junzifuzheng Decoction+CTX group,the effect has not significant（P＞ 0.05）.The activity of natural killer cells in CTX group lower than high-doseJunzifuzheng Decoction+CTX group, the difference has statistically meaning（P＜0.05）.Conclusion: Junzifuzheng Decoction combined with cyclophosphamide canimprove the counting of peripheral white blood cells and bone marrow nucleated cellsand the activity of natural killer cells and significantly reduce the tumor weight inmouse fore-stomach carcinoma cell bearing mice.It can inhibit the tumor growth andimprove the immune function of the MFC bearing mice.
