The Effect Of Junzifuzheng Decoction Combined With Cyclophosphamide On Immune Organs, Weight Of Tumor And Transformation Of T Lymphocyte In MFC Mice Gastric Cancer

Objective:To observe the impact of Junzifuzheng Decoction（JD） high,medium,lowdoses combined with CTX on mouse fore-stomach carcinoma cell（MFC） bearingmice in immune organs, weight of tumor and T lymphocyte transformation,to provideexperimental basis for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine improving theimmune function. Method:8-10weeks50healthy Kunming mice of clean grade,livein the same living environment, a unified feeding solid animal feed.Extract7d ascitesof MFC bearing mice grew well under aseptic conditions,wash twice withphysiological saline,each time1000rï¹'min^-1centrifuge for5min,make cancer cellsuspension with physiological saline,adjust the cell concentration of5×106/ml,give0.2ml to each mouse right axillary subcutaneous.Fifty MFC bearing mice modelswere established and then divided randomly into five groups: control group,cyclophosphamide（CTX） group(30mgï¹'kg^-1),Junzifuzheng Decoction（high,mediumand low doses）(20，10，5gï¹'kg^-1) combined with CTX groups(CTX30mgï¹'kg^-1).There were10mice in each group.After10days of treatment,all mice werekilled and the tumor weight,the number of peripheral white blood cells and bonemarrow nucleated cells and the activity of natural killer cells,et al were observed.Result:The tumor inhibition rate was higher in each Junzifuzheng Decoction+CTXgroup than in control group（p＜0.01）.The tumor inhibition rate of high-dose andmedium-dose Junzifuzheng Decoction+CTX group was higher than CTX group（p＜0.01，p＜0.05）.The Thymus Index and Spleen Index in CTX group lower thanhigh-dose and medium-dose Junzifuzheng Decoction+CTX group,the difference hasstatistically meaning（p＜0.05）,high-dose Junzifuzheng Decoction+CTX group wassignificantly different（p＜0.01）,low-dose Junzifuzheng Decoction+CTX group,theeffect has not significant（p＞0.05）.The transformation of T lymphocyte in CTX grouplower than high-dose Junzifuzheng Decoction+CTX group,the difference has statistically meaning（p＜0.05）.Conclusion: Junzifuzheng Decoction can improve theimmune function of the MFC bearing mice,enhance the antitumor effect ofchemotherapy drugs.
