Objective: Understanding of the Shanghai Civil physical health and severalchronic diseases present conditions, analysis of the causes and influencing factors ofdisease, civil service groups, disease prevention, and health education and healthpromotion provide a reliable basis, to facilitate the relevant departments to formulaterelevant policies to ensure the protection of civil service groupsphysical and mentalhealth.Methods: Serving civil servants of the Shanghai1000man-made object of study,stratified random sampling, grouped according to gender, age, department,physical examination and questionnaire, the survey results were analyzed using thechi-square test and logistic regression analysis.Results:925serving civil servants, the largest number of high blood pressure,up to150people, hyperlipidemia, fatty liver prevalence of40-50age group up to59years of age, high blood cholesterol is rising with increasing age,after the age of60there will be a downward trend. Hypertension by these five highest prevalence ofcoronary heart disease, gastritis, diabetes and emphysema between the ages of50-60the prevalence increases with age, rising. Breast hyperplasia, vaginitis and cervicitisbetween40-50years old prevalence of the highest concerned about the disease,gallstones, the prevalence of hypertension increases with age and rising. Highcholesterol, fatty liver prevalence of the highest frequency in the50-60age segment.After the age of60, the highest prevalence of hypertension, high cholesterol and fattyliver disease before the age of59and is proportional to the age, more and morereduced after the age of60. At different ages, different genders and different sectors ofthe inauguration of civil servants, the difference between the prevalence ofhypertension (P <0.05) with statistical significance. Men of high prevalence in women, level cadres were significantly higher than the general staff, the civil servants of thepolitical and legal departments is higher than the other two (the party-and science,education, culture and health) department. Three other chronic disease prevalence wasnot statistically significant (P>0.05). Educated civil servants prevalence of statisticalresults, the prevalence of stroke was not statistically significant (P>0.05), the otherthree were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Shanghai serving civil servants suffering from hypertension riskfactors such as gender, age, genetic family history, smoking.2.Men than womenare more likely to suffer from high blood pressure disorders.3.The older the higherprevalence of hypertension. Level cadres significantly higher than the general staff,4.the legal departments of the civil service is higher than the other two (party-andscience, education, culture and health) department.5.Have a family history andsmoking also increases the probability of the prevalence of hypertension.
