| Objective:CD151and CD31proteins detected by immunohistochemistryin colorectal primary stoves cancer organizations and cancer adjacent normalmucosal tissue expression, combined with the clinical pathologic data,discussCD151and CD31proteins in the oncogenesis and development of colorectalcancer and the relationship between the liver metastasis. Methods: Selected by the surgical treatment of52cases of patients withcolorectal cancer tissue of the primary tumor and adjacent normal mucosaltissue (10cm from the border), the expression of CD151and CD31immunohistochemistry to detect cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissues,Combining with other clinical data, we analyze the relationship between themand the occurrence, development and hepatic metastasis of colorectal cancer. Results: CD151protein in52patients with colorectal cancer primarystove cancerous tissue positive rate was57.69%, in adjacent normal mucosawas9.61%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). CD151incolorectal cancer associated with liver metastasis positive expression rate was91.67%, which is not associated with liver metastasis group was47.50%, thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Positive expression in groupwith lymph node metastasis rate was70.97%, the group without lymph nodemetastasis was38.10%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Infiltration of groups of up to the serosa (outside) positive expression rate of75.00%, the myometrial infiltration reached42.86%, the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05); Generally there are differences between thepositive expression rate in TNM staging, and the differences were statisticallysignificant (P<0.05), including â…£ period was91.67%, â… period was22.22%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.0071), differencebetween groups was no statistical significance (P>0.0071); The expression of CD151has nothing to do with the patients’ gender, age, tumor growth area, difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05).CD31protein in52cases of colorectal cancer in patients with primaryfocal cancerous tissue in the positive expression rate of67.31%, the normalmucosal tissue adjacent to carcinoma was13.46%, the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05). CD31in the positive expression rate ofcolorectal cancer with liver metastasis group was100%, without livermetastases group was57.50%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Positive expression rate of100%in the poorly differentiated group, totalpositive rate of well-differentiated and moderately differentiated group was55.26%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Infiltration up toserosal (outside) group of positive expression rate of78.12%,50.00%ofmyometrial, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Positiveexpression rate in group with lymph node metastasis rate was80.65%, thegroup without lymph node metastasis was47.62%, the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05); In TNM stage (â…¢+â…£) the positiveexpression rate was83.87%, TNM stage (â… +â…¡) was42.86%, thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The expression of CD31hasnothing to do with the patients’ gender, age, tumor growth area, difference hadno statistical significance (P>0.05).CD151and CD31protein expression in colorectal cancer tissues werepositively correlated(rs=0.483,P=0.000).Conclusion:1CD151and CD31protein expression in colorectal cancer tissues wassignificantly higher than the normal mucosa, and is accompanied by theincrease of the degree of tumor infiltration, the TNM staging Progress andlymph node metastasis tended to increase2CD151and CD31protein in colorectal liver metastases group wassignificantly higher than that without metastasis, CD151with stable tumorangiogenesis, collaborative CD31promote the new capillary proliferation incolorectal cancer tissues for colorectal liver metastases provide structurefoundation.3CD151and CD31may as colorectal cancer infiltration, the transfer ofimportant indicators, the expression level of the combined detection of bothcolorectal cancer tissues might be predicted colorectal liver metastases, helpassess prognosis and treatment. |
