Objectiveto analyze the distribution characteristics of Chinese medicine syndrome in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure and its relationship with Cardiac function,NT-proBNP, LVEF,Learning DCM patients with heart failure distribution characteristics of Chinese medicine syndrome and syndrome elements,And to provide a reference index of Chinese medicine dialectical type and severity of illness.Methodswe collected firsthand clinical data of86patients with DCM they hospitalized Cardiology of Wuhan Tong ji Hospital in2011-02to2012-06.these patients with heart failure as the main performance. Classified86patients with DCM its dialectical type,determined their cardiac function, measured the levels of plasma’s NT-proBNP by radioimmunoassay, determinated the levels of LVEF by siemens Doppler ultrasound. analysed the statistical by SPSS16.0software.Results 1. The single Chinese medicine type of DCM are the main exist as Qi deficiency and Blood stasis Where qi deficiency exists in each patient,The frequency of single syndrom in the patients with DCM: Qi deficiency (100%)> Blood stasis (75.58%)> Yang deficiency (69.77%)> Water retension (59.30%)> Yin deficiency (41.86%)> Phlegm (29.07%).2. DCM patients with different syndromes the distribution of its TCM single permit:Patients with qi collapse of lung and heart syndrome are Qi deficiency based, deficiency of qi and yin syndrome are Qi deficiency and yin deficiency based,qi collapse and blood stasis syndrome are Qi deficiency and blood stasis based, yang collapse of heart and kidney syndrome are Qi deficiency and yang deficiency based,yang collapse and fluid-retention stagnation syndrome and phlegm in lung syndrome patients in critical condition,the complexity of the clinical symptoms,many Card prime Exist.3. The distribution of DCM Chinese medicine dialectical type has no obvious features, yang collapse of heart and kidney syndrome most frequently, qi collapse of lung and heart syndrome at least; NT-proBNP, LVEF in patients with DCM can be used as a reference index of Chinese medicine dialectical type and severity of illness.
