Clinical Study On The Distribution Characteristics Of Syndrome Differentiation Type Of TCM In Patients With Dilated Cardiomyopathy And It Relationship With BNP,LVEF ETC

Objective:To analyze and summarize general information, clinical symptoms, tongue and pulse and the physical and chemical test results, etc. in DCM patients, to explore the distribution characteristics of Syndrome Differentiation Type of TCM in DCM patients, and further enrich the details and information of syndrome differentiation type of TCM.Method:We collected firsthand clinical data including four diagnostic information, and laboratory parameters as BNP, data result of echocardiography of 101 patients with DCM they hospitalized Cardiology of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University in 2015-03 to 2015-06. Analyze the information collected and make out the TCM syndrome type of each patient,then study the relationship by proper statistical method between Dilated Cardiomyopathy Syndrome Type and cardiac function, left ventricular ejection fraction, Left ventricular end diastolic dimension, BNP,Cardiac troponin T etc.Result:1. The deficiency of qi and yin syndrome is the most Chinese medicine dialectical type of DCM and the yang collapse and fluid-retention stagnation syndrome the least. Syndrome differentiation type of TCM frequency as follows:deficiency of qi and yin syndrome>qi collapse of lung and heart syndrome> phlegm in lung syndrome> yang collapse of heart and kidney syndrome>qi collapse and blood stasis syndrome>yang collapse and fluid-retention stagnation syndrome.2. The deficiency of qi and yin syndrome is the most Chinese medicine dialectical type of DCM heart function NYHA class â…¢ and â…£; qi collapse of lung and heart syndrome is the least Chinese medicine dialectical type of DCM heart function NYHA class â…¡.3. Of the 101 patients with DCM, the content of LVEF and LA of the yang collapse and fluid-retention stagnation syndrome means minimum, and qi collapse of lung and heart syndrome means maximum. The content of BNP and cTnI of yang collapse of heart and kidney syndrome means maximum, and qi collapse of lung and heart syndrome means minimum. The content of RV and LVES of yang collapse and fluid-retention stagnation syndrome means maximum, and yang collapse of heart and kidney syndrome means minimum. The content of LVED of the deficiency of qi and yin syndrome means maximum, and yang collapse of heart and kidney syndrome means minimum.Conclusions:There is acture relationship between Chinese medicine dialectical type of DCM and LVEF, BNP, cTnI, etc. Syndrome differentiation can help assess the cardiac function of DCM and anlyze prognosis. At the same time of the inspection test indicators help to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
