Study On Doctor-patient Dispute Settlement Pattern Based On People’s Mediation And Medical Liability Insurance

The tense conflicts between doctors and patients and increasing tendency ofdoctor-patient disputes have greatly impacted the social harmony and steadiness.Nowadays,with the increasing number of the patient disputes in hospital,the formermechanism for disputes solving in changzhou can’t maintain the pressure. As a way ofsettling disputes by people’s self-rule,people’s mediation has provided a newperspective to solve the disputes in medical treatment disputes. Its advantage,feasibilityand success in settling disputes in recent years have fully proved the big demand forpeople’s mediation in reality.Through non-litigation alternative solutions to resolvemedical disputes,so that patient disputes in the first time transferred to the hospital,wecan uphold the medical institutions of the normal medical orderly,fair andjust,convenient and efficient in accordance with the law to safeguard the interests ofboth the patient and dispute resolution to save costs and improve efficiency is to solvethe patient and effective way of contradiction.This paper has analyzed the importanceand application value of people’s mediation in doctor-patient disputes settlement underthe new circumstance from the survey and practice of changzhou and proposed thesuggestions for the related issues in urgent need of betterment.
