Clinical Research On Quality Of Life Of Yi Fei Mixture (YFM) On Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) In Slationary Phase

AIM:To discuss the effect of YFM on quality of life in patients With chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)in slationary phase, and study its curative effects.METHODS:60 patients with COPD were randomly devided into the control group with small dose Aminophylline Sustained-release Tablets and inhaleing Salbutamol or becotide(30 cases).and the testing group with YFM (100ml po Bid)epactal(30 cases).during the course of treatment, observing clinical symptom、clinical sign、picture of the tongue、manifestations of the pulse、pulmonary function and the integration of SGRQ,at the same time account the times of hospitalization yearlong and the days of each time.RESULTS:After treatment, the testing group with YFM has demonstrated consistent evidence of more effective than the control group; and the treatment group was superior to the control group in some indices including amelioration of TCM syndrome、pulmonary function、the times of hospitalization yearlong days single hospitalization and the integration of SGRQ. CONCLUSION:The reseach show that YFM anesises the progression of COPD、reduces the time of hospitalization and improves quality of life.
