| Objective:To study the clinical effect and improvement of the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(copd)who were treated with self-designed formula zhihan mixture.Methods:120 COPD stable patients in our hospital(jingzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,hubei province)were selected from September 2016 to September 2018.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method.The treatment group was aged 50-75 years(mean 65.52 2.35),including 48 males and 12 females.The control group was 52-75 years old(mean 68.45 3.34),including 44 males and 16 females.There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender and age(P > 0.05),which was comparable.Control group: given conventional western medicine treatment,symptomatic treatment such as bronchiectasis,1 to thiamethoxam Joe bromide powder capsule per day(trade name sunny speed,lianyungang zhengda pharmaceutical)the weather is fine,after suction device to Pierce the suction,long-term low flow oxygen therapy,and the education and management,to quit smoking,reduce dust and other stimuli.Treatment group: on the basis of conventional oral oryzanol in anti-perspirant mixture,formula is as follows: main ephedra 10 grams,almond 10 grams,10 grams of radix paeoniae alba,radix stemonae 10 grams,broiled asters 10 grams,about 10 grams,15 grams,40 g radix astragali,radix pseudostellariae,atractylodes,windproof 10 grams,15 grams angelica 10 grams,10 grams of scutellaria baicalensis georgi,lily 10 grams,jade bamboo 10 grams,the dwarf lilyturf 10 grams,flat peach doing 15 grams,15 grams of wheat 10 grams,10 grams of ephedra root and fructus schisandrae,produced by our college mode,a bottle of 100 ml and 50 ml each time,three times a day,according to different patients physical formula to add and subtract.MNRC grading before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,quality of life and clinical efficacy were compared.Results:SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis and comparison of the experimental data in this study.After 6 months of treatment,the two groups were evaluated by comparing the number of acute exacerbations and m MRC scores.It was found that the mean value of m MRC and the number of acute exacerbations in the treatment group was below 2,which was stronger than that in the control group(p<0.05).In terms of efficacy evaluation of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.7%,and the significant effective rate was 35%;the total effective rate of the control group was 63.3%,and the significant effective rate was 21.7%.The data of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(p<0.05).In terms of life quality score,both groups showed improvement before and after treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group(p<0.05),with statistical significance,and the treatment group had better effect.Conclusion:In this experiment,antiperspirant mixture was used to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stable patients before and after treatment,and it was shown that the self-designed antiperspirant prescription could reduce the number of acute attacks and hospitalization,enhance the body resistance of patients,stabilize the condition,improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the economic burden of patients after the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stable patients. |
