Clinical Observation Of Yishen Granule On Patients With Gouty Nephropthy And Its Effects On The Function Of Renal Tubule

Objective:Through clinical observation of the effects on renal tubule function of patients with gouty nephropthy, in order to provide new therapeutic methods on treating gouty nephropthy, restore renal tubule injury, and to provide scientific theoretical basis for the development and application of Yishen Granule.Methods:40 patients, were randomly divided into 2 groups.20 patients in treatment group were treated with Yishen Granule, the other 20 patients in control group were treated with allopurinol. A course of treatment was 4 weeks. After two courses of treatment, observed the changes of criterions such as blood uric acid (UA)、blood urea nitrogen (BUN)、blood urea nitrogen(BUN)、serum creatinine(CR)、24-hour urinary protein、N-ethanoylβ-amino glucosidase、urinaryβ2-microglobulin (β2-MG) and changes of clinical main symptoms before and after treatment, calculated symptom score. Results:1.Treatment group can obviously reduce main symptome score, which was superior to control group (P< 0.05).2. Treatment group can effective reduce 24-hour urinary protein、N-ethanoylβ-amino glucosidase、urinaryβ2-microglobulin (β2-MG), which was superior to control group evidently (P< 0.01), there was no obvious difference in control group before and after treatment.3. Treatment group can improve renal function of patients, which was superior to control group (P< 0.05).4. Treatment group and control group both can reduce blood uric acid, The difference of two groups has significance before treatment. (P<0.05), The difference of two groups has no significance difference after treatment. (P>0.05)。Conclusion:To patients with gouty nephropthy, Yishen Granule has obvious effects on supporting healthy energy to eliminate evils, it can clearly postpone the time of renal failure, restore damages of renal tubule, has very little side effects.
