In this thesis, digitized fingerprints quality control methods of CLTs were established by HPLC and HPCE, and its super-information characteristic digitized evaluations were presented. Meanwhile the RP-HPLC method was also developed for the quantitative determination of sodium benzoate, glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin simultaneously in the preparation.1. The chromatographic fingerprints relative index(Fr) was used as quantitative evaluation parameter to choose determining conditions. The HPLC digitized fingerprint of CLTs under 254 nm was established and 35 common peaks were defined, taking the peak of glycyrrhizic acid as referential peak. The qualitative similarities and quantitative similarities of CLTs from different resources were evaluated by the software of Digitized Evaluation System for Super-Information Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fingerprints 3.0 while the unified fingerprints of CLTs were established.2. The HPLC digitized fingerprint of CLTs under 203 nm was established and 29 common peaks were defined, taking the peak of sodium benzoate as referential peak. The 21 batches of CLTs from different resources were evaluated by the software of Digitized Evaluation System for Super-Information Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fingerprints 3.0 while the unified fingerprints of CLTs were established. Meanwhile, the quality of CLTs was evaluated according to the values of Sm, Pm andα.3. The HPCE fingerprint of CLTs was established by CZE method, and evaluated by the software of Digitized Evaluation System for Super-Information Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fingerprints 3.0 while the influences of different background electrolytes, voltages and extracting solvents on the electropherogram were investigated. The similarities between SFP and the RFP were described from the chemical component quantity and the chemical constituents proportion.4. The methods based on RP-HPLC/UV have been developed for the dissolution test and the determination of sodium benzoate, glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin in CLTs simultaneously. The samples manufactured in different factories were analyzed to determine the contents of the three compounds. The methods are both simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of CLTs. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | CLTs, HPLC, HPCE, dual qualitative similarities, dual quantitative similarities, digitized fingerprints, super-information characteristic, unified fingerprints, sodium benzoate, glycyrrhizic acid, liquiritin | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
