Nowadays, the quality of the laborers and labor attitudes are becoming the increasinglypredominant factors that greatly influence the efficiency of contemporary labor. With theenhancement of the subjects’awareness,the overall tendency promotes more frequent, moreintimate, more convenient communication between the laborers and the society, even within thelaborers themselves. Accordingly, the workers are paying more attention to the criteria for thelabor value and the requirements of dignity. The concept of decent work was first put forward inthe submitted keynote report the decent work by Juan Somalia, the newly- designated bureaudirector, in the 87th session of the International Labor Conference. According to the report,theprimary objective of the international labor organization is to facilitate the laborers to obtainmore opportunities for decent and productive jobs on the basis of protecting human freedom,justice,security and dignity. The value of decent work, to a certain extent, not only refers to theequality and dignity in the working environment,working results and working opportunities butalso refers to the participants of the decent work, determining whether the workers can get theirall-round development and become aware of their dominant position in the decent work. On theother hand, the society, that is, the objective environment of the decent work, should create aharmonious atmosphere for employees to develop fair competition and respect themselves. Inaddition,as one member of the society,laborers should deeply evaluate or measure their ownlabor value from the perspective of subjective participants.This thesis is mainly divided into the following four parts:The first part, from nature and constitute two aspects in this decent work. About the natureof the analysis of the main labor decent decent the essential attribute of labor and decency of thelabor objectivity. This part of the first analysis decent labor concept of value in the backgroundand learn dimensions research decent labor value philosophy connotation, and illustrates thelabor value objective of decent social practice base and its objective source, to explore the valueof labor decent or meaning. In the evaluation of the basis discusses whether it helps people at that timewill the material civilization and spirit civilization progress as the main basis of evaluation,because decent speak the labor \"decent\", specific to labor practice speaking, it includes twoaspects. One is the material aspects of the decent. Becausetheory comes from practice to return to end the practice, the concrete practice act as a guiding role, so this part of the labor value theory and decent practice, and the combination of theimplementation of the labor value from decent present situation and the root causes of startanalysis, trying to from the social and the comprehensive development of people two aspects toelaborate on labor value realization of the specific decent path problem.
