| Wang Yang-ming is the most influential philosopher and educator in the Ming Dynasty. His "Mind Thought" based on the Confucianism, and compatible with Buddhism and Taoism, make the Confucian develop to a new theoretical peak. In his early years, he was influenced by ZhuLu’s thought deeply, and after realizing why it should be so in LongChang, he established the "Mind is reason" doctrine of his "Mind Thought". During the process of continuous lectures, he made the doctrine of "Mind is reason" as the theoretical foundation, revealed the issues of awareness and practice at the moral level; then on that basis, he figured out the "To the consciousness" doctrine, and made it as the ending part of his "Mind Thought".Wang Yang-ming’s "Mind Thought" is a philosophical thought, in fact, his thought contains abundant education value and teaching ideas, which is essential to our modern education, such as highlighting the students’subjectivity, stressing the high unification of the theoretical knowledge and practice, paying attention to the students’heart embody-perception and so on. Therefore, in this study, the author will interpret the "Mind is reason","Unity of knowledge and action","To the consciousness" of his "Mind Thought" and make this three doctrines as the theoretical foundation, thus sum up the characteristics of his "Mind Thought", then draw out the educational meanings that influenced by his "Mind Thought", and finally lead to the teaching theory significance of Wang Yang-ming’s "Mind Thought" at the teaching targets, teaching content, teaching process and the teaching approaches.This paper contains the following six parts:The first part:The origins of this study.The second part:The study designing. In this part, the author mainly describes the research purpose, meaning, the core concept, the research ideas and methods. The third part:The main ideas of Wang Yang-ming’s "Mind Thought". In this part, the author mainly interprets the main ideas of Wang Yang-ming’s "Mind Thought", such as "Mind is reason","Unity of knowledge and action","To the consciousness".The fourth part:The modern educational meanings that influenced by Wang Yang-ming’s "Mind Thought". In this part, on the basis of Wang Yang-ming’s "Mind Thought", the author sums up the characteristics of "Mind Thought" and the modern educational meanings that influenced by it.The fifth part:The instruction theory significance of Wang Yang-ming’s "Mind Thought". On the basis of the modern educational meanings that influenced by Wang Yang-ming’s "Mind Thought", the author draws out the teaching theory significance of Wang Yang-ming’s "Mind Thought". In other words, that is the guidance, reference and enlightenment function what Wang Yang-ming’s "Mind Thought" influences on the modern teaching. It is:on the teaching targets, shifting from focusing on simply pursuit to knowledge and skills to make the students’"Conscience" awakening, namely "Opening BenXin"; on the teaching contents, shifting from pure intellectual education to paying attention to the students’all-round development; on the teaching process, we should change the situation that focusing on knowledge teaching too much, while advocating the "Experienced Teaching"; on the teaching approaches, we should shift from using "Explanation and question" to implementing the "Inner Embody-perception Teaching Approach".The sixth part:Conclusion. In this part, the author simply introduces the innovation points and deficiencies in this study, as well as the diligently direction in the future. |
