Chinese newspaper reading class is an important course at the stage of lateIntermediate Chinese Class and Advanced Chinese Class. As a branch of reading class, inaddition to follow the basic rules of reading teaching also has its own characteristics.This article find the key points and difficulties in teaching activities, through sortingout teaching activities of Chinese newspaper reading class. The article applies the wholeand the parts of the research idea. First of all, divide the teaching steps of newspaperreading class into four main parts. Each major teaching link as a basic unit for research.According to the teaching features of each teaching link, find relevant theoretical bases inthe theory of communication studies and analysis them. Explain how to use thecommunication mode in teaching field. Finally, this paper is summarized and points out theplaces where teachers need to pay attention to in class.The article has five chapters. It is made up of introduction, main body, andconclusions.The main content of the introduction is about the research object, purposes, values andresearch methods of the paper. At the same time, the author review the research findingswhich achieved in teaching Chinese language as a foreign language. All the findings areabout Chinese newspaper reading course.The main part of the paper has three chapters. There are the second chapter, the thirdchapter and the fourth chapter.The second chapter summarizes the communication mode teaching and itscharacteristics. It was introduced the most basic communication model of lineartransmission mode and circulation pattern. Then find out the five elements of the linearmodel and the various elements of the teaching activities have one-to-one correspondingrelationship. After analysis we draw a conclusion that communication mode teaching hasthe characteristics of integrity.The main content of the chapter three is about the Newspaper reading teaching processand characteristics. The article discusses the task of Newspaper reading teaching, theparticularity and the value of the course. In the fourth chapter, the author’s writing logic is according to the teaching steps. Sheanalysis the theories of Mass Communication how to apply in classroom teaching activities.These theories are relate to News commentary and related activities in class link, newwords teaching link, the lesson link and practise after class link. It was introduced fivecommunication theory models in all.When the author discusses the necessity that the applications of communication modein the teaching activities, she use two communication modes. One is ‘a helical model ofcommunication’ in Dance, the other one is fusion model. These models talk about dynamicteaching and relationship between teacher and students in Newspaper reading class.Then the author discuss the applications of communication mode in vocabularyteaching. She analyzes the language features and difficulties in newspapers and points outwhat is the vocabulary teaching goal.. Finally, the author introduces a General Model ofcommunication which found in1956.When discuss the applications of communication mode in the lesson link, sheemphasize to pay special attention to the teaching of interest. The interesting include twoparts, one is teaching materials are interesting, the other is teaching method of interest. Inthis chapter, the author bring in DeFleur’s Individual difference theory and psychodynamicmodel. This pattern inspires our attention to students’ intrinsic psychological structure.When discuss the applications of communication mode in the practise after class link,The authors think that teacher and students should establish harmonious relationship inclass. Harmonious teacher-student relationship can helps to adjust the both parties of thecognitive differences when they have opposing views.The last chapter is the summary of the full text. It is conclude that what are the keyfactors on improving the teaching effect and strengthen the classroom control.
