With the development of our country’s comprehensive national strength, Chinese culture is no doubt that become a concern of linguists in the world, which represents the extensive and profound in Chinese five thousand years。 Higher frequency of pronouns is gradually appearing at home and abroad, such as hot Chinese and Confucius Institute and so on. It makes more and more foreigners like Chinese that the Sino-foreign cultural exchange and the international promotion of Chinese language to carry out extensive. But because the Chinese to foreign students from different countries and regions, their cultural background is different, the students accept Chinese ability can also be affected by the culture conditions, and the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language is the rise of new disciplines, domestic lack of textbooks and teaching methods, so that foreign students in learning Chinese encountered a lot of difficulties.In a language, vocabulary is the most active, the most active part in language learning, it is also the important link. Research of vocabulary and vocabulary teaching is a very fundamental link of teaching Chinese as a foreign language system, vocabulary teaching methods and skills is in the exploration of the linguists in practice, teaching Chinese as a foreign language in vocabulary teaching research has emerged in the word standard teaching left faction, the character-based teaching left faction and morpheme teaching schools the three schools.The sample traditional vocabulary teaching methods are displaying physical method, displaying body language method, definition method, language interpretation instead of old generation method, word-building method and so on. With the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language and the continuous development of sound, vocabulary teaching methods are more and more, such as the functional teaching method, situational teaching method, the teaching method and the context teaching method. For foreign students at different stages, different types of classes, This article mainly analyzes different vocabulary teaching methods through specific examples and data analysis, hoping to provide some help to the teaching Chinese as a foreign language teacher.
