Relational aggression is refered to the attacker manipulate human relations by spurning, asiding and spreading rumors to hurt others self-esteem, friendship or social status. Relational aggression is a new field of a against research subject in recent years.It is more indirect and concealment than body attack and words against. But it makes long-term negative influence for teenages psychological and social adjustment. A number of studies have shown that similarly to the body attacks, it obviously associates with peer rejection, emotional problems, behavior problems, and edge behavior personality traits psychological and social adaptation problem. Because of this attack high concealment, great harmfulness and lasting harm, psychologists at home and abroad pay close attention to relational aggression. However, because of this attack form is more hidden, domestic researchers attention is low. The study of the form of attack is still at the stage of exploration. Research results very few, there is more to be confirmed, solve the problem. Such as, at present there are some differences and insufficient in relational aggression about gender differences research, effect factors of the study and intervention study.This study selected all students of a junior high school in taiyuan, Shanxi Province as the research objects. First, Comprehensively investigation the present relational aggression situation of this group with the questionnaire survey. Secondly, according to the questionnaire data results, Select junior middle school second grade students as a relationship aggression of intervention study subjects. And based on the existing research results, elaborate design two sets of experimental plan.Select three coessential natural class for intervention study. The intervention carries out ten-week, and group A applies the Social learning theory intervention, group B applies Emotional intelligence theoryintervention, group C is contrast class, group C was teached normal mental health education courses. Three groups were personally carried out by the subjects. Effective control irrelevant variables. Explore the intervention plan to reduce the junior middle school second grade students relational aggression.The experimental results are as follows:1Junior high school students generally exists relationship aggression, a ratio of69.5%, but to a lesser degree.2.There was significant gender differences in relationship aggression of Junior middle school students. The girl implementing relationship aggression are more frequent than boys.3.Two kinds of intervention programs are effective in reducing the incidence of relationship aggression in class.4.Social skills training and emotional management training on victims of the relationship aggression are extremely significant for forward intervention effects. But social skills training on relationship aggression implementer’s effect is more effective than that of emotion management training.5.
