Reviewed the related research of mixed emotion and emotion regulation, concluded the previous researches, induced students’emotion in the laboratory by using related video material, and verified that the specific scenario content of the video can induce mixed emotion; On that basis, adjusted the mixed emotions through cognitive reappraisal and expression suppression strategy. Then selected Korean letters as recognition memory material and college students who hasn’t learnt Korean as subjects, explored the mixed emotion regulation on recognition memory.The results indicates the following:①Graduation-related video material can be successfully evoked the mixed emotions of the students, but not very strong.②Compared with neutral emotional, mixed emotion which was evoked with graduation related videos was not significant on recognition memory accuracy rate, but was significantly on the reaction time. Mixed emotion reduced the reaction time of recognition memory.③Cognitive reappraisal strategy can improve the mixed emotion in pleased index, but had little effect on sadness index. Expression suppression strategies fully reduced the mixed emotional experience, While reducing pleased index and sadness index.④Compared with natural viewing, Cognitive reappraisal of mixed emotion reduced the reaction time of recognition memory, while expression suppression extended he reaction time,.And it was even longer than that after viewing a neutral video material.⑤Compared with natural viewing, the two regulation strategies of mixed emotion was not significant on the recognition memory accuracy rate.
