Rui’an was a Dongou koup which has a long history. Rui’an dialect belongs to Oujiang part of Wu dialects, not only sharing the general characteristics of Wu dialects, but also owning lots of unique feature itself. This thesis cannot figure out all the grammatical features of Rui’an dialect because of limited energy and capacity, only can I do is selecting some special morphology for details. The moephology" here refers to word-formation(such as"affix").configuration method (such as "adjective reduplication") and the grammatical classification of words. Base on a large number of language materials, the thesis takes the characteristics of Rui’an dialect morphology as main part by using the method of describing and analysising, and discusses the differences between Rui’an dialect and Wenzhou dialect, tries to figure out the existing conditions of these special morphology and their grammatical functions. This thesis has eight chapters, which outline is following:Chapter One introduces the geography, historical conditions, the profile of the population of residents, the dialect profile of Rui’an,as well as phonological features of Rui’an. Then, sum up the previous studies of Rui’an dialeet and Wenzhou dialect, and show the significance, content and methods of this thesis.Chapter Two analysis10forms of adjective reduplication and8forms of verb reduplication.Chapter Three analyses the affix of nouns, pronouns and adjectives adverbs.Chapter Four analyses the personal pronouns, demonstrative pronouns and questions pronouns.Chapter Five discusses the classification, meaning and function of the quantifiers.Chapter Six introduces adverbs of degree, adverb of time, the scope of adverbs and negative adverbs.Chapter Seven analyses the structural particle of"个"、"地"、"得"Chapter Eight is conclusion. This part overviews of the results of this study briefly, as well as shortcomings.
