In recent years, with the development of science and technology, the internet hasbecome the public information, an important channel to express their opinions.In theprocess of information communication,It formed network popular language gradually.Network popular language is a unique language sign variant under the networkenvironment,The scope and influence have expanded constantly and spread from netswinding into real life.It’s not only it a language form in the network era, but reflectpublic opinion and emotional, express public opinion.This paper based on the communication perspective, combined with sociology,psychology, linguistics and mass culture knowledge and make the network popularlanguage such as "my father is li gang " what raising from hot public events as theresearch object. The influence and value are also different compared to other kinds ofvulgar. this paper use case analysis, text analysis methods and separate a word or aphrase in the incident, not limited to the ontology of linguistics research scope, but willexpand to certain research value in social economy culture level.This paper will be divided into four parts.The first part is to do some basic work as introduce the background the objectiveand the innovation points in order to understand the whole paper.In the he second part,define the concept of public events and network popular language.review some cases,and sums up the features of the network popular language of public opinion.The thirdpart, Analysis the reasons why the network popular language of public events could rapidin popularity from the audience, media and psychological language three aspects Thefourth part, Analysis the affect of the network popular language of public events from theactive and negative aspects and the enlightenment about public opinion.
