Capital Of Brocade Plan Of China(Ningbo) Intangible Cultural Heritage Creative Industry Park

China (Ningbo) Intangible Cultural Heritage Creative Industry Park plan is a cultural industry design based on the current situations of Ningbo’s Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection, featured with embroidery. It was entrusted to College of Media and International Culture, Zhejiang University by Ningbo Jinyincaixiu Co., Ltd. It finally came to a phased completion after six month’s hard work, and three expert reviews.We designed this plan in order to solve the problems the traditional arts and crafts industries such as Jinyincaixiu meet in the future development, and to prosper local economy and culture. After a carefully research of local cultural resources and similar projects, we developed the core concept of "Life with Brocade", from which we designed a developable industry network combined with several arts and crafts industries. We decided to set "One Hundred Creative Products of Ningbo Charm" as a foundation, through the "Business-led, Government-support" pattern, fighting out new ways for those traditional industries to survive and transform into better ones, thus contributing to the infinite possibilities of the "China dream".With the help of industrial operation, Jinyincaixiu and other traditional industries will be motivated in transformation and upgrading. This will promote the local economy, and foster large amounts of professions, and form a "strong brand","prosperity park", and "professional talent pool". It is a practice of the innovative model of Ningbo or the state intangible cultural heritage protection. It will provide templates for the future development of traditional arts and crafts industries. It will lead cultural industries and cultural undertakings to achieve a win-win.
